Perfect location

Had an amazing stay. Super comfortable for a family of 4 and a short walk to the lifts. The access to the ski valet is clutch. Would definitely stay again!

Great Place to stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was very comfortable and roomy for the 2 of us. The Grand Lodge was friendly and helpful. Thanks for lovely vacation accommodations!

Great location, comfy and perfect amount of room! Can’t beat staying so close to the mountain and easy access to the town shuttle! Can’t wait to go back!

This property has more personality and updates than most Grand Lodge units, and the corner room was nice.

New year skiing

This was our third time skiing Crested Butte and staying at the Lodge. Our place was very clean and fit our needs perfectly-a place to sleep and eat. We had a mixture with the pool towels but owner was quick to make it right. Will hope to book with them again in the future

Crested Butte condo at the Grand Lodge

Comfortable condo for 3 adults. Sofa sleeper was utilized but hard mattress. Only 2 chairs at dinette-would have been nice to have at least one more available. Small kitchenette was difficult to cook in, but at the same time the restaurants closed by 3-4p! They need to remain open longer hours. Bus shuttles were convenient and ran on schedule. Heated pool and hot tub were adequate but never enough towels available

Not bad, not excellent

We stayed in July and found the bedroom area unbearably hot. Despite doing their best with fans, there is little ability to bring fresh, cool air into that side of the space, making sleeping very hot and uncomfortable. Bed & pillows were comfortable.A few other areas missed the mark- the bathroom smelled of mildew because the shower curtains clearly hadn’t been washed in a long time (or ever) and the towels also smelled of mildew. There was no soap for the shower, but toilet paper, towels, shampoo/conditioner and other things were well stocked.The bedroom comforter was stained / dirty and left a bad impression when you first walk in; luckily we didn’t need it.The property and condo are clearly old, but seem to be decently maintained and with staff around all the time. Easy check in / out.Would stay again if they could solve for some of these issues.

Hello Alicia, thank you for the feedback, we are sorry to hear you did not have a 5 star experience! We respectfully note that many of the issues you reported were not present when we opened the property- the shower curtain is in fact clean, and we take our cleaning very seriously (past reviews will confirm this!) We also want to point out that there was a fresh bar of soap for the shower in the bathroom, and extra's in the open basket below the sink as well. We are happy to say we have not heard any of these issues in the past regarding this very affordable, clean, and popular Crested Butte property.
