Ski In/Out Condo Available for Seasonal Rental (December - April)
The condo has three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with an interior, bonus room on the lower level. The upper floor has the kitchen, living room, dining room, a bedroom, and a full bathroom. There is a wood burning fireplace in the living room, and a deck off the living room with views of the valley.
The lower floor has two bedrooms, the interior bonus room, a full bathroom, and the utility room with washer/dryer.
The bedrooms are set up as follows:
- Upper floor bedroom: Twin bunk beds with a pull-out trundle (so three twin beds) - Bunk beds are extra long twin-size beds
- Lower Floor Main Bedroom: King-size bed with full dresser and desk
- Lower Floor Bedroom with Sliding Door: Couch with Queen size pull out bed
- Lower Floor Interior Room: King Size bed
The unit has two full baths (shower over tub), one on each level.
The kitchen is the typical galley kitchen with new refrigerator and dishwasher.
The living room has a large couch and two side chairs. The dining room table has comfortable seating for six people. The condo has a wood-burning fireplace. Firewood is provided by the condo association and stocked in a small shed outside.
It is ski in/out, with direct access to a trail that leads to the main lodge and the new high speed quad. There is room for ski storage in the utility room, and there is a ski locker on the front of the unit.
Utilities: Renter will pay propane & electric costs. WiFi is included in rent.
Each condo gets two parking spots (stickers issued), although the spots are not assigned.
