Just minutes to the ocean by boat! Dock space provided for boat 35 ft. or less in length. Perfect home for families/ group of 10 or less. A/C and heated. Wifi provided.

Kitchen: fully stocked with dishes, mugs, glasses, wine glasses, plastic glasses, cookware and flatware. Also includes knives and serving pieces. Kitchen towels, dishwasher soap (Bosch dishwasher), dishwashing soap and disinfecting wipes are included. Utensils are provided.

Wine chiller is located in kitchen along with stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Granite countertops. Plenty of storage space for guest's provisions.

Dining table seats 6 comfortably and 4 stools are provided at kitchen bar.


Bathroom towels (bath sheets, hand towels, and and wash cloths) are provided. Extra towels are located in linen closet.
Hair dryer is provided.

Bedrooms: Sheets, pillows, and pillow cases are provided. Extra sheets are located in linen closet. Large closets w/ mirrors in each room.

Beach towels are located in basket in living area.

Washer/Dryer included. Initial soap/dryer sheets provided. Guests will provide soap/softener as needed.

The property has been disinfected. Latex gloves and cleaning agents provided at check-in. Guests must provide cleaning agents as needed.

Gas grill is provided near outside patio. Charcoal grill is also on property for guests.

Game room has a pool table, ping-pong table, and several board games and puzzles. Two sofas are located in game room area with tv. Full bathroom for game room area.

All patio furniture is for guests use. Sit back and enjoy the day and evening on the patio!

There are 2 security cameras on the property. One faces the canal ( homeowner's boat) and the other faces the driveway.

A binder will be provided with pertinent information at check-in as far as local attractions and Founder's Park.

Founder's Park: Huge pool with lap lanes. Chairs provided. Very well-maintained! A small fee is charged at pool office for entrance. It's a great place to swim! There are pickle ball courts and tennis courts (lighted at night). Guests must provide rackets/paddles and balls. The beach is directly across from the pool. There is no charge to use the beach. Bring your own chairs and towels! It's a quaint area. You can snorkel in the beach area as well. The marina is next door and the boat launch is located here if you want to drop your boat in and drive it to the house. A card will be given to guests to use Founder's Park. It's fun for the whole family!
