Very clean and Comfortable! This place had everything needed for our week-long stay. It's in a very beautiful location and in very close proximity to shopping, restaurants, the pool and the beach! Would definitely consider staying here again. Thank-you!

This property was amazing. The bedrooms are good sized. Living room, kitchen & dining area a great. The outdoor area is perfect & could grill if wanted. We were impressed that there were spices as well as the some cooking items there. The outdoor activity items were in great supply for water activities. The pool and beach was a short walk & easy to enjoy. The proximity of the Kings & Queens shops made it easy to pick things up if needed.If you have a family and want tour own space while traveling this is an excellent choice!

We loved our stay. Host was easy to communicate with. The pool was very nice and a close walk. Nice big kitchen and outdoor grill. Bedrooms all have their own bathrooms which was great. Loved the ceiling fans in all the rooms and patio.

Amazing location, beautiful lanai with cooling cross breeze. First vacation where I felt I could have just stayed at the condo the whole time and been perfectly happy. The access to the nice quiet local pool with a beautiful beach nearby was perfect and the passes to the Hilton with its fancy water slides and snorkeling lagoon was icing on the cake. It was really the most perfect vacation. Will absolutely return!!!

Serenity in paradise! Walking distance to pool and beach!!

This place is amazing. We traveled with two young kids and the walk to the pool and beach was unbeatable and made the trip so fun and easy for all. The house had EVERYTHING and more that we needed. Extremely clean and well decorated. Would 1000% stay here again!

Wonderful Rental

This property is located in a gated community that is pristinely kept. The kitchen is well stocked, the furniture comfortable, the location was amazing. I could have sat on the lanai all day if island adventures hadn’t called me away. Communication with property management was thorough and prompt. Would stay here again.

Hawaii Family Vacation

We had an amazing time! This was our first family trip with an infant. This house had everything that we needed from nice size bedrooms and living spaces, play pens, high chair & an amazing patio. We also loved the area with beaches & shops within walking distance, the pool and lounging area, golf courses, and the Hilton access. Would definitely stay here again, Thank You.

Fantastic Place at Waikoloa Beach

We had three couples stay here for 7 nights and absolutely loved it. There is plenty of household items and bikes and beach gear. A very nice place near the pool. The communication with the rental company was amazing. We will be back for sure.

Top notch!

We had a great time this past week at Blue Sunset. The property is set in a quiet neighborhood with a nice pool and a good beach walking distance away. The condo was extremely well stocked with all the beach and vacation things we could want for a vacation. We went to the Hilton one day the passes were great. Other great beaches nearby, overall it was a beautiful and relaxing place to stay. I would absolutely come back.

Best ever!

Our second stay in this condo village and it is the best location on the island. This condo was especially nice as it was well provisioned with everything you need for pool and beach, most of it brand new! The management firm had great communications. We will be back soon! Mahalo!

Best equipped condo ever!

Absolutely fabulous rental. They’ve thought of everything - beach gear, cooler, Tupperware, pretty much any kitchen gadget you could imagine, games, even post-it notes and pencils in the kitchen. The unit was clean and with nice quality dishes, linens, & towels. We rented two units for our extended family reunion and used this as our home-base for dinners and group time - it was perfect! Easy check in and great communication with the management company.

Wonderful stay at Blue Sunset!

We had a wonderful stay at this Condo. Everything was exactly as advertised and even better than the photos. The grounds were beautiful and the pool was nice. This was a family trip with our kids and spouses, and the house was a great size. All of the amenities were perfect for our day outings and the use of the Hilton pool was an added bonus. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed and the location was great! Communication from the property mgmt team was excellent. They helped with a local adventure and were super helpful! We highly recommend this condo and we will come back! Mahalo!

Great location and comfortable stay

Thank you very much for a week wonderful stay . It was very comfortable house . Address was not show everything before check in so we got confused little . I t need to shoe building 5 and D room. We had a lots of mosquito so it was very hard to open window . When we found out one of shower heads come off but they came very quickly and fix it . It was great response and helpful. Thank you very much again . I am sure we will be there soon again !!

Great stay

We really enjoyed this condo. With three teenage children there was plenty of room to spread out and it had everything you need to cook, tons of beach stuff etc. The outside space was really nice. We used the grill a couple times for dinner and enjoyed sitting outside and also having the large grass area to throw a football around etc. The location was great - easy walk to the community pool (a little small but we never had an issue finding chairs) and A-bay beach. Our only complaint was we landed late and had a hard time finding the condo as it was very dark and the directions weren’t clear. The directions say building D but the buildings are labeled 1-9. When we texted the after hours number they just kept saying building D when telling us to look for building 5 would have made much more sense. So a bit of a frustrating start as it was late and we were tired after a long flight but when we woke up in paradise all was forgiven.

Great location

Six adults stayed here and we really enjoyed ourselves. The location is great to the pool, beach, shopping and restaurants. The appliances and such were all top of the line, but the the coffee pot that dripped everywhere and the floors that turned our feet black wasn’t the greatest. Every time we flushed our toilet we had to take the lid off and push the stopper down because it stuck! They said they would fix it when we left but I felt like they should have addressed it so I didnt have to put my hand in the tank after every time we used it. Some of the blinds didn’t work, the propane tank was empty even with a refill in the garage, we didn’t feel we needed to do that, but did. This condo has a lot to offer but I would suggest the owner have some maintenance and a thorough cleaning done before others rent it! Make sure you try the beach front restaurant at the Hilton as it was the best meal we had. We would definitely rent here again if all things were addressed. Mahalo

We absolutely could not fault this condo. We have stayed in many properties over years of travel and this was perfect in every way. The layout is wonderful with plenty of space for multi generational family of 6 adults 1 child and toddler. It was really thoughtfully and well equipped with everything we needed, including every appliance you could want, full beach gear, a cot and high chair. The great assortment of games and toys kept our grandson amused and encouraged us to spend time together. The outdoor area and grill were a bonus as was the grassed area in front of the condo. Do beware mosquitoes, they are a bit of a problem but thoughtfully supplied mossie zapper and citronella candles helped. We were pleasantly surprised by range and cost of Queens groceries - yes expensive but all Hawai’i is and I didn’t feel gouged. Can recommend Lava Lava Beach club for fun family night out and also the fish and chips at Kings for takeaway - great coconut shrimp. The resort pool was perfect for us and although we did visit the water park at the Hilton twice really preferred the tranquility and ease of our own resort. Weather was amazing!!! Enjoyed turtles at the beach near the resort and it was well place for trips to local beaches and airport. The volcano national park is also a must!!! Go late and take sweater it gets cold!!As one of our daughters living in New York and the rest of us living in Australia, Hawai’i is the perfect meeting ground. We loved it and can’t wait to be back!

Much better than described !! Loved it !!

Starting with the town Waikoloa. We booked this place just days before we arrived because the place we had booked fell through (in a different town). We were not even considering Waikoloa because we thought it was far from things to do and food, shops etc. (WRONG !!). Turns out things happen for a reason and this was by far the best town for us. So glad we stayed there. This is the town we would go back to. The condo .. The actual condo, location, neighborhood, grounds, condition, clean, stuff available for us to use, wow factor, bedrooms etc. (if I forgot to list it, it was still amazing) were all amazing. We used the coolers, bikes, snorkel equipment, grill, kitchen spices etc... We used it all. All was great. This neighborhood was beautiful, and grounds were amazing. I think the biggest surprise was the pool and the beach. We were concerned, the description does not do a great job. This pool was phenomimal and so warm. The staff was there to give towels and bathrooms were perfect. It was like 2 min max walk going slow. So close. And the beach.. was just a short walk on beautiful path. We loved the beach. Marriott and food very close by. So nice !! Sunset !! The Hilton pass was included, we went for 20 min and quickly ran back . Loved condo pool better. Might have been fun if we had little ones. The people we communicated with for questions about condo were very nice and prompt . When we go back, we want exact condo !!
