♦Nightly rate includes up to 5 guests. Additional guests are charged per person, per night (max occupancy: 8). Unauthorized guests will incur a $250 fee per night.
♦Stays beyond 15 nights require mid-stay cleaning every two weeks. The cleaning fee applies to each mid-stay cleaning.
♦Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.

♦Long-term stays are welcome, but bookings must be made in 28-day segments.
♦Please be mindful of what goes down the drains and only flush toilet paper.
♦Do not rearrange furniture.

Hot Tub
To maintain a clean and pleasant spa environment, please shower before using the hot tub. The spa is not designed to break down lotions, oils, or perfumes, as these can impact the filtration system. Excessive cleaning beyond standard maintenance may result in an additional fee.
Guest access
Guests will be provided a unique four-digit code to access the home. The code is changed after each stay for peace of mind, and provided prior to check-in.
Other things to note
The space is located on the first level of a two-story home, with a respectful and quiet tenant residing upstairs. While the ceiling is insulated with soundproof material and double layer drywall to minimize noise transfer, we still ask that you be courteous and adhere to the house rules and quiet hours. Previous guests have not experienced any noise issues, but please notify the host if you have any concerns.

Guests must be at least 28 years old to make a reservation (we reserve the right to verify IDs during the stay). All guest profiles must be listed on the reservation except minors who will be with their parent/guardian during the stay. Guest should have a positive history. Only registered guests are permitted. If the person who made the booking is underage, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation without a refund.
PARTIES/EVENTS
Parties, events, pets, illegal substances, and smoking are not allowed in or on the property. This Property is in a quiet, residential neighborhood and not suited for loud groups or parties. Failure to follow the rules will incur a $1,000 charge.
INDOOR
Please do not wear shoes in the home, and do not eat or drink in the bedroom/beds.
Please keep heaters clear of anything (minimum of three feet).
ISSUES
Notify the host immediately of any issues/damage.
We reserve the right to inspect and service the Property during your stay, including, but not limited to landscaping services, etc.
QUIET HOURS
Quiet hour is from 10PM to 8AM
Noise monitoring devices are also installed to comply with county regulations. These devices do not record audio but will trigger if noise exceeds 80 decibels during the day or 70 decibels during quiet hours.
Failure to follow the rules will incur a $500 charge for the 1st violation and termination of reservation for the 2nd violation without refund

Pets are not allowed.
