Very clean and comfortable property. I would definitely stay here again. The neighborhood was very quiet and it was close to everything.

Wonderful property

Have stayed here before, and plan on returning. It is perfect for us, very comfortable and clean and conveniently located. Host is very easy to work with.

Clean comfortable house

Perfect for my stay, was able to have family visit me. The home was very clean and quiet everything worked well. Plenty of home amenities, everything you could want, AC worked really well. I would recommend this home.

Our visit to Hutchinson

We enjoyed having our own space and there was plenty of room however the bathroom was small my husband is 6 ft sponges in the kitchen should be replaced after every visitor kitchen sink could have been a little cleaner and the creamer for coffee was spoiled please do not let this reflect on the housekeeper as she has many duties and some things are unconsciously overlooked our host was very accessible thank you

State Fair

House was clean and tidy. Everything needed for a 3 night stay. All appliances like home. Quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Not far from downtown or fairgrounds.

This house is only 3 blocks from one of the main streets going east and west through town, and has easy access to restaurants, a park with a long walking trails that takes one to the south part of town along the Arkansas River. It is in a quiet and safe neighborhood.
