About this space
Freshly built, cozy one bedroom, one bath private apartment in the center of Curtis Park/RiNO/Five Points neighborhoods in Denver. We built this unit to share all that we love while living in the Mile High City! We are centrally located to all that’s fun when visiting a city. Please enjoy our city’s nightlife, sporting events, festivals, and music scene!

The space
Located in Curtis Park neighborhood, only blocks away from busy Larimier Street, RiNo, and Downtown. This is a private apartment located on our property. All new appliances, furniture, stainless steel countertops, and hardwood floors!

~~~A WELL EQUIPED KITCHEN TO COOK IN ~~~
We have a well supplied kitchen with all the kitchen necessities. We keep the unit stocked with Keurig coffee and cooking basics. Enjoy the space, we ask you to leave the kitchen as you found it for the next guest to enjoy!

~~~FORGOT SOMETHING~~~
Need mixers for your cocktails, you forgot your toothbrush, don't worry. There is a market and liquor store a block away - a little neighborhood market, to grab quick provisions.

~~~SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS~~~
We offer a king size tempur-pedic in the bedroom with a medium firm mattress for most sleeping preferences. We also offer a firmer sleeping experience with a queen pull out sofa bed with all the cozy comforters and memory foam pillows.

Stained your favorite shirt or didn't bring enough clothes...no sweat. We have onsite washer and dryer for your personal use!

*Please be aware that we are not liable for any personal items left behind from your stay* If any personal items are left at the property, we will do our best to recover them. However, there will be an automatic charge of $30 for any items that need to be shipped back to you from your stay (prices may vary for large items).

The total price includes sales and lodging tax. Guests pay a one-time cleaning fee.

Great little above garage apartment in fun neighborhood

Great little spot in walkable neighborhood in RINO neighborhood. Coffee shop behind house has incredible breakfast sandwiches. Very clean and nice newer construction. Would stay again

Cozy, Clean, and Convenient

My partner and I stayed in this RiNo property during a recent trip to Denver. We were there for most of a week and worked remotely from the property. It was an all-around fantastic experience — the space was just the right size for our trip (small enough to feel cozy, but spacious enough that we could both be on work calls without disturbing each other), everything was immaculately clean, and we were mere minutes (walking distance!) from great coffee shops, restaurants, and bars. The hosts were very helpful when we had questions about the property, and they made us feel warmly welcomed into their space. We definitely enjoyed our stay here, and we would absolutely stay here again.

Great location!

Excellent location for getting to Coors Field and Mission Ballroom. Property owner suggested walking or scootering down Larimer to get to Coors Field and that was definitely the way to go. Lots of hip bars and restaurants on that route. Easy 25-30 min walk, 10-15 min. to scooter. Quick Lyft ride to Mission Ballroom too, that is a route best driven. My buddy didn’t love the futon, it’s an IKEA one in which several couch pieces are pushed together to form a bed, so there are several cracks/seams. A mattress pad is provided and that helps a little bit would def benefit from a memory foam topper, even a 1” topper would help hide the seams and cracks. Main bedroom bed was super comfy and the bathroom is really nice. Kitchen and tv area was comfortable and functional. Each room has a window A/C unit which was very welcome, it was hot in August. I had to send the property owner a couple messages to get the key code on the day of our check in, but they did eventually send it. And they responded quickly when we needed to request TP. Note: the owner check in is 3pm and check out is 10am, that info is listed incorrectly on the VRBO email. Overall a great stay. Property feels brand new. Location is excellent, we felt safe walking around the area.
