It was very clean. The outdoor putt putt was awesome for the family ... Pool was nice. Location was great.

House is very spacious and conveniently located. We enjoyed our time there and do look forward to returning to Anna Maria. Contact with the host was quick if needed anything answered. I would definitely recommend you stay.

We had a fantastic week here. We had 3 young children with us and the proximity to the beach and the ability for the kids to go back and forth between putt putt and swimming helped us maximize our time including our ability to relax! Everything was clean and in great shape, with the exception of 1 kitchen chair was broken when we arrived, however we didn’t have enough people to need them all so it didn’t bother us. Highly recommend this property and we will likely be back!

Terrific location, great back yard set up, plenty of room for all of us. Bay view from balcony was lovely- great sunrises. Easy walk to everything. Management company responsive and helpful.

Beautiful home, perfect location, every detail thought of.This was the perfect find for my families staycation! So many amenities: the large pool (half covered by the house which is great for sun protection), the themed 9-hole putt putt golf course, plenty of outdoor, covered patio seating and dining table, grill, large garage, kayaks, paddle boards, pool/beach toys/floats/chairs, tons of towels.The living space: open living room, kitchen, dining room with plenty of space, 4 spacious bedrooms each with King beds (3 with their own bathrooms).The location: right on the bay, beautiful views of the water and Skyway bridge, 5 minutes from tons of restaurants, shops, coffee & beach.A few things to note, the garage doors were not working when we stayed. The host immediately had a guy come to the house and a part had to be ordered. It was not fixed during our 4 day stay. The homes in the area are close together. In the mornings (7am), we were woken by the kids playing in the pool next to us.

Stunning sandtrap

The property is utterly stunning and we couldn’t have had a better 7 day stay. The host was on hand for any questions or issues that arose that was only related to the lift that stopped working. They were friendly and professional and very quick to resolve. The location is perfect and the island offers a free trolley almost out front of the property.

Wonderful Place

This property had it all. The heated pool, hot tub and putt-putt were put to use every day. There were 6 beach chairs, toys, kayak, paddle board and bikes in the garage. We rented golf carts and the beach was 4 blocks away. 4 king size beds were a must. When we had questions they would email us right back. We will be back next year!

Nice Bay View

Well maintained. Nice property that is well furnished and stocked.Wish there were some Bluetooth speakers available to tap into. No toilet and sink ground level was an inconvenience.Please let property managers know that the electrical outlet by the hot tub was not working. If there is a switch to turn the power to it I did not see it marked. Also it would be great if the child alarm could be disarmed when only adults on property. It is annoying to have it alarm every time you go into door because it can only be disarmed when exiting.
