Our group had a wonderful trip. The house is fantastic and the location on the water is perfect. The host responded quickly to any questions we had during our stay. Highly recommend staying at this property.

Really great place with great dock and water access and location on the lake. Host is great to work with easy to communicate with. Nice porch and gazebo with tvs for watching football. Parking is tight but manageable.

This property exceeded expectations, the home itself was clean and spacious and had everything we needed. The views and swimming area along with the outdoor amenities made it a great place to spend our week long vacation! Will be booking again!

With two master bedrooms, two bedrooms, two large guest rooms, two docks, two patios, a spacious kitchen, and two standard bedrooms, this property is fantastic for both large and small parties. Furthermore, we could not have asked for better host; specifically, because of how well they communicated and accommodated us. If you’re looking to stay on Lake Martin, I highly recommend this property.

Wonderful location on the lake with easy boating access to The Social, boat launch, Kowaliga Restaurant. Also found a beautiful hike a very short drive away. The layout of the house was great for us (family of 8), we enjoyed the screened in porch and the 2 docks as well as the paddle boards and kayaks. Very clean. Views were beautiful!! The only negatives were the pull-behind-the-boat tube was not in working order and couldn’t be repaired which was a bummer for us and the inside of the grill was definitely needing to be cleaned before use. The parking is noted in the description to be very tight and yes, it is very tight, but with planning, it can be managed. We would definitely stay here again. Really a beautiful home!

This lake house was a great location for a long weekend with friends and family. Close enough to Auburn for the game. Also enjoyed the lake views, and was able to swim, kayak, and paddle board. Plenty of room for three families with kids. We had a blast!

We enjoyed all the toys: paddleboard, kayak, ping pong, kiddie toys. Big water views! So many places to be. Porch n dock were so nice.

Auburn Graduation and Commissioning for our Daughter!!

Absolutely wonderful Lakehouse!!! Well stocked kitchen, very roomy!!! Very clean and great beds!!! The dock was fantastic!!!! We are planning to come back!!!

Graduation Celebration

Amazing home on Lake Martin! Had everything we needed. Parking was tight and the only negative thing about this property but that’s a small challenge in comparison to the lake view and spacious accommodations. Will stay here again for sure!

Wonderful house!

Wonderful location and beautiful home! The kayaks and paddle boards are a nice touch! We would definitely return, but just bring some spare kitchen size garbage bags next time ;)

Great Family Vacation

Great location to Anchor Marina for boat rentals. House has amazing docks and gazebo. Plenty of space for 3 families. Lots of rec at the house, both for the water and the house. Definitely planning on coming back

Amazing property

Celebrated my wife’s birthday and Thanksgiving with our kids. Amazing relaxation for the whole weekend! Kids had a blast. We will be back!

Second time we have stayed at this rental. We enjoyed it last year and definitely loved it this year. The house is clean, comfortable and spacious, great lake views. Hosts were very responsive after an electrical storm tripped some of the circuits. The gas grill is in great shape and easy to use. We will definitely return!

Great outdoor entertainment spot

Great Lake Getaway

Very much enjoyed a long weekend at the Lakehouse. Kitchen stocked well, bedrooms roomy and comfortable, great screened porch, loved the gazebo/deck over the water, beautiful view of the lake. Host is accurate about the tight parking but we managed fine! Great location on the lake, close to marina's and restaurants. Thank you George and Brittany! Will definitely come again.

Easy check in ….host quickly responded Parking was our biggest struggle….we couldn’t use the boat launch so we had to leave our truck & boat trailer at anchor bay …luckily it was towed off! We got one vehicle through tight right at rental …sign on left says no vehicle left on gravel …will be towed SO it was very hard to unload without neighbors complaining…:(Getting a truck parked on the concrete was impossible…we had to walk garbage to end of street …although the Peir & Outdoor area on water was Very Nice ….if your wanted any privacy this is not for you …No vent in kitchen for cooking …so be aware No kitchen pot holders we had to wash the three dish towels for the five days we were there Kids toys & life jackets were nice also the sun deck chairs Good area on lake but neighbors too close

Yes, Parking is very tight, we also have large cars and get them on the side. That is listed in the rental. We have silicone pot holders in the drawers, sorry you missed those. Also once on the dock, you can't see neighbors :) If disabled or need help with walking trash cans down, we would have gladly got the cleaners to do so. Brittany

Perfect

If you are coming to Lake Martin to enjoy the lake, this is your place. The proximity to the water is the best we have encountered in rentals at Lake Martin. The large screened porch, the pier area, water toys and location on the lake are perfect. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. The two master suites with their own bathrooms were great. We will be back!
