Cozy ranch house located six minutes from downtown Wisconsin Dells.

Newly remodeled ranch style house on sixteen acres with a looped half mile hiking trail located near Wisconsin Dells but far enough away to offer a quiet and private getaway.

Perfect for a family looking to get away for the weekend with four bedrooms (one with an electric fireplace in the basement) that sleep eight people, two full bathrooms, a kitchen with a small island, a living room with an electric fireplace, basement with a communal space with a pool table and bar area, and laundry room.

A gazebo with an outdoor table that seats six people and fire pit with four extra chairs around are available to enjoy during the summer months. Plenty of waterparks, an amusement park, a boat landing leading to the Wisconsin River, dining, and shopping is located a short drive away. For those wanting to venture a bit further away, Castle Rock Lake is located nineteen miles/ twenty four minutes away by car.

For the winter lovers, Christmas Mountain is located nearby for skiing and snowboarding.

Great experience!

This home was very clean and was the perfect place for a relaxed bachelorette trip. Close enough to all the water parks and other attractions but far enough away to promote a quiet and calm stay! Would stay here again!!

Destination Christmas!

This is our third time staying at this property and our second time staying during Christmas. We love it here. Volodymyr and his wife are amazing hosts. They make you feel right at home. They know me so well they had six inches of snow waiting for my arrival . Best Christmas ever!! Thank you for a great stay as always! Until next time.

Great outdoors

Really fantastic outdoors for bbq, grilling and summertime activities! They even have a vollyball area! Definitely recommend for anyone wanting a summertime getaway!

Cute Family Home Close to Downtown Wisconsin Dells

This house was perfect for my family and I to stay in close to downtown Wisconsin Dells. We had a lot of fun hanging out in the backyard grilling, playing games and walking on the path. The pool table was also a bonus.

Hidden Gem

Great stay and communication it’s owner. Thank you very much for letting us stay! It is tucked away in the woods and has great outdoors and backyard features. It’s also very close to all things Dells while not being in the busy loud town.

Great host and great house

Our host was very accommodating and communicated well! The check-in process/getting into the house was communicated in a timely and clear manner. The house was very clean which we appreciated. It was nice to be located only 10-15 minutes from the water parks. The property was wonderful for spending time outside as well. We would definitely stay again if we are in the area!

Perfect!

Weekend golf trip with the boys was excellent. We were looking for a place that was close to downtwon but also quiet and private. This is the place. The listing is exactly what they mentioned and everything turned out great. We will be coming back!

Christmas getaway!

This was our first family Christmas getaway and it was awesome. We have been to this property before so we knew it was a great choice. The host is great and the property is cozy. The decoration was so pretty and we definitely enjoyed the Christmas card and eggs. Thank you again for keeping my son hat from our last visit. He was really excited he got it back. Gorgeous Gardens and Micro Farm Just Minutes From The Dells

This house kept four teens busy outside or playing cards and games inside and us parents had our own space (and bathroom) downstairs. The gardens were absolutely gorgeous and we loved the chickens coming out to visit us from their pen. There are trails we could walk (or run for our cross country kid) and a perfect fire pit. The hosts even brought us some veggies from their garden. We were just a few minutes from The Dells, 15 minutes to hiking Mirror Lake and 40 minutes to hike and swim at Devil’s Lake State Park. A great location if you want to stay outside the busyness of The Dells.

Nice place away from hectic downtown, but still close

The property looked nice from the pictures, but it was even nicer in person. Everyone was impressed. The house is less than 10 minutes from downtown Dells, but far enough away that you have peace and quiet. Volodymyr is a nice guy and very helpful. If I come back to the area with a group of friends I would stay again.

Dells Birthday Party

Had 5th birthday party at Chula Vista. This place was very close by, but still out of the way. Had everything we needed, even a ramp which came in handy as one person in our party was in a cast. Chickens were a plus for entertainment for the little one. Dry clean, really cool Eastern European art as well. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Terrific retreat near the Dells

Thoughtfully, generously, and comfortably appointed home. Ideal for relaxation and quiet (well, there are the roosters crowing early!) reflection. Outdoors and in. Full of natural beauty. Barely ten minutes to town. Terrific. Thank you!

Cozy and Comfortable

Great location, the property owner paid attention to all the little details. They left us fresh eggs from the chickens they have out back. We loved the outdoor space, they had a bin with balls, bad mitten, frisbees, volleyball and tons of other outdoor activity games. There was a shed full of wood, there wasn’t an axe to chop the wood the first day, but the second day I went out and they had dropped off a brand new axe for us. This place was outstanding, I would definitely recommend it. My family and I loved it. Thanks

This Property has A Ammenities. I have never rented a home like this before so I was nervous. The owner was responsive, respectful, and great to work with. The properties value is excellent. A nice walking Trail, an excellent gazebo, a cute chicken coop and a honey bee hive! The fire pit is excellent! The inside of this home is modern and has great appliances! The bedrooms were good sized. The main bathroom of this place puts many 4-5 star hotels to shame. Would absolutely stay again.

Beautiful property, conveniently located, great for families

My husband and I took our five nieces and nephews for a quick weekend trip to the Dells. This property is conveniently located in regards to the parks and downtown areas. The backyard is fantastic! We enjoyed hanging out in the gazebo, grilling, and having campfires. We all got a kick out of the chicken coop and appreciated the pool table! There were a few minor inconveniences (no measuring cups or spoons, only one washrag in the house, having to empty the dehumidifier to keep the basement master bedroom from becoming uncomfortably humid in the warm weather), but we had such a nice time and felt like the cost was so worth the experience!

Peaceful and beautiful!

What my family and I was looking for was a space where it was away from everything but close so we could shop, go out to eat or just in case we decided do some water parks or other activities. It’s so much space outdoors that we walked the bike path that is also located on property. Our goal was relaxation for us and fun for the kids and this property gave us all of that. The inside was so cozy with everything you need. They even have outdoor games and board games available. My son feel in love learning to play pool. The hosts are so nice and kind. I can’t wait for us to visit again. This place was the exact opposite of the city life of chicago and that’s exactly what we was looking for and needed. Thank you for having such a great property and thank you for your hospitality.

Old School Hospitality

I could talk about the beauty of the property, and it was beautiful. I could talk about what a great host Vlad was and both he and his wife shared some veggies from their garden. I am a pretty good judge of people these are amazing people. Perfect location. Great Vacation. One thing really stood out to me. There is some artwork in the basement that brought tears to my eyes. Sometimes beauty is subtle. Sometimes two complete strangers are connected in ways they would never realize. To Vlad and his family. Thank you for sharing your home. Thank you for your generosity. Thank you sharing some of yourself through the art in the basement. May God bless you and your family and may you find peace in the fact that God is good and good triumphs over evil.

Fabulous Mini Farm Close to Downtown Dells

If you are looking for a getaway close to all the craziness of the Dells AND also private and relaxing, this is the place for you! This completely redone ranch with a full finished basement and a LARGE outdoor space with grills, gazebo, deck, lawn furniture and outdoor toys is AMAZING! Our hosts, Vlod and his wife, were kind and accomodating, bringing us fresh eggs, offering up veggies from their garden and even allowing us to have a cookout with our granddaughter's dance team families. Our host even put up a splash pool for the younger kids in our group. It's about a 10 minute drive to downtown or the Natura water park and 20 minutes to the south end of the Dells by the outlet mall and Kalahari. The bathrooms are magnificent, the kitchen has everything you would want, including beautiful dishes, spices, coffee/filters and cleaning supplies. The washer/dryer were so convenient - no soggy waterpark clothes to take home! The half mile walking trail on the property was full of beautiful trees and wildflowers. If we ever come to the Dells again for dance competition, this place is at the top of our VRBO list.

Enjoyable location for family weekend

Thsi was the perfect location for our grandparent/grandchildren adventure. It is close to Dells attractions, but far enough away to be peaceful and relaxing. The grandkids loved the pool table!

Family 2024 vacation
