Relax in the (private) hot tub or on the covered deck or patios. Get charged up with Tesla charger and don't miss out on resort pools, golf courses and walking/biking trails. The home also comes with 8 guest passes to the resort facilities (indoor pool, outdoor pools in season, hot tubs, pickle ball, etc.) that are provided at no additional cost and are valid for the duration of your stay. Additional passes can be purchased for $25/person per day.

7 bikes, adult trike and tandem bike are available for use.

No drugs, smoking or vaping on property.

- Riley Ranch Nature Reserve: great hiking from this reserve
