Beautiful family owned 5 bedroom, 3 bath vacation home with cable & Wi-Fi located in a quiet neighborhood on Bend's westside. The home is only a few blocks from the beautiful Deschutes River and is tastefully decorated and furnished for your comfort. The kitchen is fully stocked with all items for your cooking needs. A large deck off the kitchen (550 sq ft.) with a gas barbecue provides you with a great patio setting to enjoy the beautiful weather of Central Oregon. This 5 bedroom home has a nicely furnished kitchen/family room with a 42 in, and is 2950sqft.. TV, DVD, stereo surround system to enjoy while relaxing, cooking, and dining. Wi-Fi is available. There is also a large living room/ formal dining room on the main floor. The primary bedroom and bath has a separate shower and large soaking tub with a large walk-in closet . The house sleeps 8. There are 4 bedrooms upstairs all w/ queens including 1 w/ a twin trundle bed. There is a large bathroom w/ tub/shower upstairs as well. The downstairs bedroom has a double bed and a separate guest bath w/ shower. There is a large bonus room upstairs with a ping pong table, TV and DVD player for you to enjoy.

Great for a family vacation

Plenty of room for our family Christmas vacation. The home felt cozy and had everything we needed for the week. The location is convenient to shopping. We would stay there again.

Hreat house with tons of room and a fabulous back yard. Some areas could have used a better cleaning (dust, cobwebs) but overall great place.

Wonderful home.

This is a lovely home. It’s has great spaces for everyone to enjoy. It is large and spacious yet very cozy and feels like home. We all enjoyed our stay and being able to sit out on the deck. The kitchen is well stocked for preparing meals. I would highly recommend. It’s one of my favorite rentals so far.

Perfect Birthday weekend

As many reviews have said, pictures do not do this property justice! Lots of space for 6 adults, well-appointed kitchen, tasteful decor, comfortable beds, great neighborhood walking distance from River Trail. Weather didn't permit use of the outdoors space but in warmer weather it would've been fabulous as well.

Beautiful and well appointed home

We stayed for 3 nights at this wonderful property. It was conveniently located to so many things! The neighborhood was very nice and quiet. Like so many others who've reviewed Frank's home, I agree that the pictures don't do it justice. Plenty of room there for us, our grandkids and daughters.

Boyd Acres was perfect for our adult group of six.

We played hard , enjoyed cooking at the house “the stove is dated”. Great outdoor grill and deck. Lots of room in the house for Private space . Easy access to all of Bend and beyond The AC works great. We had 100 plus days . Would like to come back Again next year

Amazing stay in Bend

Frank is an amazing host and this property is one of the best we’ve stayed in. Home is gorgeous and well appointed. Backyard and deck are amazing. AC kept us cool, and we were so comfortable. Truly an incredible find.
