This property is anything but JUST an investment property. The homeowner's have put a ton of care, effort, personal touches and amenities in to the home. They even made hats, tattoos and supply chocolate bars to each guest! There certainly are not no cameras inside the home and no one is "watching you", as described in the review. The device that is referenced is a wonderful Guest Concierge screen in the living room that serves as an easily accessible home manual for guest stays. We have customized it with our favorite restaurant and activity suggestions, local coupons, directions for the home and gives the guest a way to reach out with any issues. (Guest View Guide is the program for reference) It's unfortunate that we didn't hear from you during your stay. We are here 24/7 to make every guest feel welcome and answer questions or address any issues as they arise. We also reach out many times during each guests stay to check in, again it's unfortunate we didn't hear from you. We would have been happy to help with anything and everything you needed. My hope is that future guests read the other raving reviews to get an actual idea of this wonderful home and what it has to offer!
