Beautiful lake property in a secluded wooded area with five bedrooms all with a lake view, fire pit, entertainment area, two kitchens, two indoor fireplaces, outdoor patios with dining and grill, and a fun dock with paddle boards and kayaks for our guest. High Speed wireless Internet in the house and at the dock, makes both a great place to work or relax. Great woods to hike in or just enjoy the beautiful sunset from one of the screened in porches.

Was a great stay. Make sure you have a vehicle that can make it in on the final roads. Also, lots of dock stairs (over 100), overall was great and had everything you needed to have a great weekend.

I can’t say enough about how beautiful this home and property is. The house was exceptionally clean and accommodating. And the location was perfect for a peaceful, serene getaway. We would love to visit again someday!

Really enjoyed the stay! Plenty of room, and nicely stocked. loved the cove. quite a few steps down to the water, but we welcomed the exercise. Decorated so cute. lots of parking. Would love to see a full size refrigerator upstairs, in addition to the downstairs refrigerator. But, had a wonderful time and would stay there again. Loved the screened in porch that overlooked the water. So nice to not worry about mosquitoes.

Littleville was the perfect summer home for our family of six. Our adult and teen children loved having their own rooms, plenty of space in the bathrooms, and multiple indoor and outdoor areas to relax together or on their own. The en suite was well appointed too with a wonderful soaking tub with views of the forest treetops. The entire home was beautifully decorated with interesting antiques, so many amazing vintage books, & even some games. There was an abundance of towels, soaps, consumables, cleaning supplies, coffee and supplies, herbs and spices provided, which made the trip worry-free. The hosts were quick to respond and react with any questions we had. The dock is at the end of a quite cove and had life jackets, lily pads, paddleboards, kayaks, and even an inflatable slide. The firepit was stocked with wood and there were even s’mores sticks. We rented a great pontoon boat and towable at from Leann/S4 at Duncan Marina just down the lake. Additionally, Sons of Arley was an IGA grocery store only ten minutes down the road and had a surprisingly good selection. Instacart charges a 7 long distance delivery fee and is 45 minutes for Kroger/Publix. Definitely would recommend you book your stay with Daryl & Rena!

Excellent getaway for family

We had a wonderful time. The property was beautiful and the house had everything we needed! I will highly recommend this VRBO to friends and family!

What a special place! We had a group of 6 ladies stay at Littleville on the Lake over a long weekend, and we all adored this lake house—it’s as lovely as the pictures make it look. Lots of charm which isn’t always the case for a short term rental property. Rooms and beds are comfy and clean. Even the smaller bedrooms were more spacious than we thought they might be and perfect for our setup. The 4 full bathrooms came in handy with 6 ladies. Bathrooms were well stocked. Kitchen and main living area are on the street level and perfect size for a group of 6 (or more but you’d have to split between the dining table and bar area for meals). Kitchen was decently stocked if you plan to make meals there. It was also well stocked with cleaning items which was appreciated. Be aware, this home may not be well suited for mobility challenged individuals as there are both a lot of stairs inside the house and down to the dock. We had no issues in our group but we did appreciate the landing half way up for a quick breather! We enjoyed lots of time on the dock. Water is deep and is perfect for floating and enjoying from the dock if you don’t have a boat. We’d love to come back and stay again!

Lazy Lake Days

Having used VRBO for many years this was one of the best rentals. The home is beautiful, clean and had plenty of room for our group. Rena was a fabulous hostess! She provided coffee and fresh pastries for our stay. Thank you so much for a wonderful place to rest and relax.

Girls Trip

Perfect house and property for a fun getaway of adult women in our 50’s! Plenty of room to spread out and outdoor spaces were perfect for us! We spent the majority of our time either on the screened-in porch or by the fire pit. Kitchen was well stocked for our cooking needs and beds were very comfortable.

Amazing Weekend Respite

Our stay at this property was amazing!!! The space was fantastic with all the indoor and outdoor gathering options. We truly loved the decor with elements of rustic and formal, modern and vintage! The whole place is beautiful! The kitchen was extremely well equipped. Having two kitchens was awesome for our gathering of friends. We loved the porches and fire pit. I hope to stay again.

Five Stars - Perfect Getaway

Our stay at Littleville on the Lake was wonderful! The home was clean, beautifully maintained, and set in a stunning location that made for a peaceful and relaxing retreat. It was well stocked with everything we needed, making it easy to settle in and enjoy our time. The space was comfortable and perfect for our group of two adults and four teens celebrating a birthday.We especially loved taking advantage of the kayaks right off the dock and exploring the great hiking trails in the area. Whether we were out on the water or just unwinding at the house, everything about our stay was enjoyable. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic lake getaway!

Beautiful home

I can’t say enough good things about this rental. The home is just as pictured but even better in person. It is so beautiful and located in such a peaceful area. We had everything we needed and more. The owners were so kind and very responsive to any questions that we had. I have done many vrbo rentals and this one sits at the top of my list as a favorite. So if you are going to be in the area or just looking for a great family getaway this is your spot!
