Inside you’ll have everything you need for a comfortable stay with 2 living areas, a fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a sprawling rear yard with a firepit for those chilly nights.

Stay just minutes from Downtown, supermarkets, the University, and a train station giving you the ideal central location to experience everything Edmonton has to offer.

Make your way up the front steps and check yourself into your next home away from home that combines new modern style with ornate original features that give this spacious home its charm.

You’ll have plenty of space to relax and unwind with an upstairs and downstairs living room that features a warm fireplace, plush sofas, and a wall-mounted 50" 4k TV with Roku, Apple TV, and Chromecast keeping everyone entertained.

Cook up a family feast within the open, modern kitchen that comes fully equipped with quality appliances, a coffee maker, and all the cookware, dinnerware, and utensils you could need.

Sit up at the kitchen table for two or if you don’t feel like cooking, walk just 10 minutes to Whyte Ave with its award-winning restaurants, chic cafes, and trendy bars that come to life at night.

There are four beautiful bedrooms spread over the two levels of the home with each offering comfortable beds topped in quality linen for a restful night’s sleep along with plenty of space for you to unpack and make yourself at home.

You’ll also have access to the laundry nook downstairs with a washing machine and dryer so you can pack light and wash on the go.

Please note that this listing is for the house, which is a separate accommodation on the same property as another listing. Therefore, the backyard is a shared space between guests staying in the house and guests staying in the garage suite. If you require additional accommodation, please feel free to get in touch with us, and we will check if the garage suite on the property is available.
House Rules
- No unregistered guests
- No events, no parties
- Guests that are local to the area will only be considered for extended stays.
- Quiet hours: 10pm - 7am
- Please remove your shoes at the entrance before entering the rest of the house
- Guest's account must have a verified direct phone number on their profile which will be checked prior to reservation. If the host cannot directly contact guests on their phone number listed on their profile, the host reserves the right to cancel the reservation prior to it beginning.
- No smoking of any kind (cigarette, marijuana, or vaping) - a $250 fee will be charged if the property smells of smoke, or any evidence is found that smoking occurred inside the property.
- The maximum occupancy on this property is 8 people. Any additional guests that arrive without permission will be vacated off the property for trespassing. All guests must be declared on the reservation.
- Additional cleaning fees may be applied if the house is left messy and unorderly. Please follow check-out procedures prior to departure.
- Late check-out fee of $50 will be applied if you have not vacated the property 30 minutes after 10 AM check out unless prior permission is granted from the host. If check out is more than 2 hours late, you will be charged for an additional day and will be charged at our base nightly rate, but this does not award you to stay for the additional day as this could impact other reservations.
- Any tampering of any electronic devices in and around the home is prohibited.
- Any violation of the house rules could be grounds for immediate termination and removal from the property without a refund from Allure Homes LTD who acts as an agent of the property.

- Guest's account must have a verified direct phone number on their profile which will be checked prior to reservation. If host cannot directly contact guest on their phone number listed on their profile, the host reserves the right to cancel the reservation prior to it beginning.
- Profiles that are new with less than 5 reviews or have a 4.5 rating or less out of 5 are required to pay a $750 damage deposit prior to a booking being confirmed and check-in instructions being shared. The damage deposit is fully refundable at the end of a reservation assuming there is no damage to the property.
- Please note that profiles with a lower review rating than 4 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be canceled. For guests with new profiles without reviews, these requests will be reviewed manually and will be subject to screening and questioning before a reservation may be confirmed.

Great Stay!

Perfect spot as we were attending an event at the Saville Center! Hosts were very communicative! Very clean bright spot! Loved the sitting rooms to hang out in!Very Comfy Beds!

Very convenient and cozy stay during New Year break.

Very cute house that is a lot bigger on the inside!Clean and modern decor, well-equipped kitchen. We wanted to be close to Saville Sports Centre and this location worked well for us. Walkable to many nearby restaurants.

Perfect for our event at the University

Our group needed a place close to the Butterdome for a weekend event and the location could not have been more perfect. The accommodations were exactly as described. Everyone had their own room, and the second bathroom was a huge benefit. Having two lounge rooms was also a bonus. We felt safe in the neighbourhood. The home had everything we needed. Everything was clean. Beds were very comfortable. Off-street parking was a bonus!
