I can say we really enjoyed our stay here.
The front yard, back yard and home were extremely clean, quiet and well appointed .The home backed up to the golf course and daily we saw deer on the grounds. This home is within walking distance (1/4 mile) to a Golf shop/ restaurant/bar and Real estate office. A grocery store is about a mile away.This is a great home if you like to cook as the owner has provided lots of different types of cookware, storage containers and utensils.
The king sized beds and bedding were very comfortable with a mix of good quality feather pillows and alt-down.The home comes with dish soap laundry soap shampoo cream rinse and barsoap plus cleaning supplies/equipment .
The washer and dryer worked well as did all the televisions and wifi. We enjoyed the jacuzzi under the stars daily!
If you want to use the gas fireplace , there is Thermostat on the wall in the entry, we missed that initially and made a suggestion to the owners that they print written instructions for guests. We enjoyed using the gas grill and suggest that you check for debris and clean before lighting.
The jetted tub in the master bedroom down stairs was pending repair but the tub was comfortable and the water was very hot throughout whole the house. The tap water tasted good, has good pressure and is suitable for drinking.
It's important to know that Vacassa and VRBO both have separate charges so check those details when renting.
