This place is very quaint very peaceful hearing the sound of the river. The place is well kept and very comfortable, the size was perfect for us to enjoy.

Nice place. There was an issue with one of the AC units leaking. But that had 2 others, so it really wasn’t a problem at all. The owners were very quick to respond to messages.

Such a cute little spot, perfect if you’re going to sequoia/kings canyon! Has literally everything you need and the communication with the property manager was great!

The Tiny River House was PERFECT for my husband and me. A private location and on the river. It was such a lovely spot and close to the entrance of Sequoia National Park. Everything worked great. The two wall A/C units were perfect to cool the full tiny home. All appliances worked great. The home was clean and fresh. We highly recommend. And we will be back to stay here again!

This tiny house was so much larger than we imagined. The design was perfect, it was peaceful and the host were friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed the stay and the town of Three Rivers. One small critique is it could make more couch blankets available.

Cute tiny house near Sequoia National Park

This tiny house was perfect for my husband and I to stay at just outside Sequoia National Park. Being right on the creek was really peaceful. Glad they had the AC units/fan because it was over 100 degrees in the area the whole time we were there.

Great cozy place

Really enjoyed staying at this place. Very comfortable plenty of room for my son and I both of us are over 6 feet tall lol. Very quiet with the river behind you, and the horse pasture across the lane. Highly recommend!

Clean, good property management, good location to Sequoia National Park. Plenty of space for two people, and could easily fit two more on pull out couch if needed.

Great quiet spot

Wonderful tiny house, clean and nice amount of room. Near the river and horse pasture across the lane. Decent brewery in town and very close to Sequoia NP

Great location in Three Rivers! Nice river view, quiet, secluded. Centrally located to market, restaurants, etc. Close to the entrance of Sequoia/Kings Canyon NP. Clean, great communication with hosts, easy check in. Comfortable beds, WIFI, everything you need for a awesome get away. wildlife..saw lots of deer which was awesome. Highly recommend!

Cozy. Comfy. Everthing u need to see Sequoia and Kings early in the day and recover in the evening. Quaint stream trickling nearby.

Communication could be better

Place was clean and with main essentials. Location is good with close proximity to Sequoia NP. Communication could improve, host only contacted me through private e-mail and text (not the VRBO portal) which I was not even asked before hand. There is also a second party background check required which I am ok with just would of liked this to be shown in rental description and before booking.

I'll start with the positive. Beautiful spot and very close to shops and dining. About a 50 minute drive up to the main attractions in Squoia and 30 minutes from Visilia. Bed was very comfy and AC worked great! Now for the "could be better" part. The checkin process requires several additional steps through a seperate website from VRBO. Your license, a face scan, and an additonal credit card hold is required. I did not realize this was needed prior to receiving check in instructions and it was a bit frustrating while traveling with little service. Second, the house was not clean when we arrived. There was trash on the floor, dirty dishes, and laundry left in both washer and dryer. There was also mud in the shower. The house felt a bit "lived in". We messaged the company and someone came within about an hour and cleaned most of this very quickly. She was very nice. Later we noticed the microwave also had spilled food in it. We were not offered any sort of discount for the house not being properly prepared.

The sound of the river was so relaxing. It could be heard throughout the property but was especially nice while sitting river front. Short drive (6 miles?) to Sequoia Park entrance about an hour from the Giant trees. Amazing park!!The tiny house is well equipped, clean and modern as can be seen from the hosts pictures. Small tv with internet tv. It is tiny as advertised. The bed takes up most of the bedroom but the living room was decent size. Good value for a couple. We didnt need a large space. We were there for the scenery.
