Beautiful creekside location minutes from the National park. The town has everything you need. Our host was over the top! He made us welcome, showed us around, gave perfect advice where to go and what to see. The property has tons of character & charm.

The hosts were wonderful. The property is beautiful. Lots of deer and beautiful blue jays. The cottage was very comfortable. this was our second time and we will be back!

Wonderful and very peaceful. The owners greeted me when I arrived and made me feel welcome. The property has a very interesting history and is beautifully decorated. There is an area to sit next to the river with chairs and a hammock. Deer visited the lawn just outside the house. A very nice combination of comfort and the outdoors.

Absolutely stunning property and wonderfully thoughtful hosts! A true slice of paradise right outside of the Sequoias. The backyard oasis was the perfect place to kick back after full days spent hiking through the parks. Looking forward to returning in the spring!

Eric and Cara were excellent hosts. Eric help with suggestions on what to do while we were in the area. He showed us the property and made sure everything was set up, it felt like it was our own second home. The property is a nature lovers paradise, they even had nuts available for you to try to feed the blue jays.

This is a unique and fun property to stay at! The hosts are both very responsive! Very nice comfy bed with all the linens and extra blankets and pillows you could want. There were very nice touches like healthy snacks and breakfast items, soft drinks and water...very thoughtful! The river out back is soothing and there are tons of outdoor spaces to relax in. Three Rivers is a quaint town with plenty of eating options and a grocery store that has everything. We enjoyed our stay and would go back again, if we're ever in the area!

We loved our stay! Excellent access to Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Park. We enjoyed the uniqueness of the house and the property with lots of outside spaces to hang out - especially liked coffee by the river!! Our hosts were welcoming and gracious!

We had an Incredibly romantic two night stay to wind down after the JazzAffair weekend festival. The suite was beautifully appointed and had everything we needed to cocoon - comfy seating area inside and multiple outdoor spaces solely for our use including seating and a hammock immediately next to the river. The bed was supper comfortable - soft with good support enabling great nights of sleep and long mornings lazing in bed with tea and coffee. The suite is also very close to great hiking. We’ll definitely be back!

Everything about this stay was perfection. My husband and I have stayed so many places and this is by far our favorite. Every detail was thoughtful. The entire property is stunning and immediately calming. Multiple places to relax, sit, unwind- both inside and outside. The bed was like a cloud, there were plenty of towels and toiletries , every kitchen item was stocked, including thoughtful snacks which came in handy for early morning starts into the park. The property was alive with the smell of lavender and the call of quails, hummingbirds, deer, owls and bats that danced above the river. Our stay was deeply restorative and honestly magic. This place will be number one on my list whenever we return. I cannot recommend it enough.

One of the best VRBO rentals we have stayed in! Was perfect for my husband and I, and the wildlife sightings were a definite bonus!

This place was as described and more. We read previous posts and followed their suggestions to change plans In order to spend an afternoon on the property. We were not disappointed. The welcome we received from Eric was genuine as was his love for the property. We enjoyed a relaxing afternoon sitting by the river and napping in the hammock. It was therapeutic to soak our feet in the water after days of hiking. The home is very close to restaurants, grocery store and entrance to Sequoia NP. We wish we could have stayed longer.

Absolutely the most serene VRBO stay ever! Everything was as described and super clean. Perfectly located away from town but very quick to get breakfast or coffee in the morning. Easy drive into SNP. Great communication with host and no issues were found throughout the stay. This VRBO is truly a 10!
