Relax with the family in this beautiful house just minutes from Downtown Anderson, 2 miles from Anderson University, 17 miles to Clemson University and 29 miles to Greenville. The house is located in the North Anderson Historic District. It is a distinguished neighborhood noted for its park-like atmosphere. It's a lovely area, often filled with people enjoying the park or walking their dogs. It is less than a mile to grocery stores, pharmacies, and restaurants.

Clean House in Quiet Neighborhood

This house was immaculate and the check-in process was perfect. It is an older neighborhood and some other houses are not well kept, so there is definitely a mix. We were visiting family and did not spend tons of time in the house, but if we did the kitchen could be a bit better stocked with pots, pans, etc. Also, the only bathroom in the house is small and contains the only mirror in the entire house. This made it a bit hard for sharing but since it was only my husband and me, it worked out. Overall...great house and great stay!

Very clean and comfortable

Very nicely redone. Very quiet and clean. A suggestion...shower needs some type of bar or handle for safety reasons... especially older visitors. One note... little black ants showed up in the kitchen this morning. I used the kitchen to brush my teeth and left the toothbrush on a paper towel. It was covered in ants this morning. Terra would help eliminate the problem. Great stay.

Perfect place to stay in Anderson

This house is in a great location to everything you need in Anderson. It is such an adorable house with clean with plenty of space for your stay. The property owner was easy to reach and very helpful! I would definitely book again!

Cute place!

This is a cute house and very updated! This was the perfect property for my family to stay as we were visiting our daughter who is a student at Anderson University. Convenient location and very clean!!

Lovely cottage. Perfect for the two of us. Extremely clean and nicely decorated. Also, well equipped. Will stay here again if the opportunity comes up. Host made everything easy...

This home exceeded went above and beyond our expectations! Not only was the location just minutes from the beautiful and lively downtown, but every amenity necessary for a relaxing stay was provided. The home was in pristine condition and impressively spotless! We wish every VRBO stay was like this!
