Great location central to everything. Good communication with hosts. Some water stains on ceiling in kitchen and bathroom. Could be mold. And saw a few insects, cockroaches, while there. But overall it was a good stay.

The condo was great - nicely furnished, clean & neat, fast wifi. We were a bit confused about the gate access and card key/fob usage but got it sorted out. TV setup was also a bit confusing - wifi config was messed up and "large vs small" remote was nebulous. Not deal breakers, but annoying. The master bedroom mattress is horrible! Even with all that, we would stay there again for the reasonable price and location convenient to our family.

We were in town for a conference and these accommodations were perfect for that. We had a few issues with the gate. Which the management team addressed. Very safe , quiet area.

The listing was on point. Everything was fine. I like that the two bedroom condo my daughter do too. I had lil problem with the key entry but I figure it out besides that I had a wonderful time thank you.

I stayed at this Vrbo listing for Mlk weekend 1/16- 1/18. It was very nice ,clean and meet all our needs 2bd rm 2 bath cute kitchen which we used for breakfast both mornings, a lil hiccup getting the codes & getting in but after that it was all good ,the host was always there to answer my questions to help me get in & we had a great stay - would definitely book again

When we got to the property there was only one roll of toilet paper. For us to be staying there for 4 days.. this should have been provided. The property was also not very clean.. There were dead spiders, my daughter’s feet were black from walking around after being there for only an hour maybe 2 on the first night, and there was dirt all over the rug. When providing the keys/gate clicker it was not made clear that the key attached to the gate clicker was not the spare or an additional key. Only one key was provided, we left the key to the knob on the counter and when we came back we couldn’t get in and when contacting the host about it for further instructions we were charged a couple hundred dollars for losing the key and to pay for a lock smith.. For one, we never lost the key, we knew where it was and explained that so we should not have been charged for losing it, second it’s a little excessive to pay for a lock smith when there should have been a spare key for this type of situation.. What if the key had actually been lost? What then? It was also not made known to us that the pool was closed either when that was part of the major reasons we even paid to stay there along with no access to the “balcony” that’s closed off to tenants.. Overall we enjoyed our time in Atlanta, but I hope these things can be addressed for future tenants..

A great stay in a tremendous location

Really great stay in the Buckhead area. The hosts were extremely quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had.

Aaron & Rachel were ever commutative and kind. I’m disabled so I really appreciated the professionalism and care. The trip was a milestone for me in my recovery. The home is beautiful and we enjoyed our stay.

Great location and value!

We loved our stay! Centrally located and convenient parking, which is a plus. Had everything we needed and more. Great value for this area of Atlanta. Super clean and well appointed. Will definitely stay again!

This was the perfect place for us! Had everything we needed. Very easy drive to Georgia World Congress Center and Centennial Park where we spent most of the weekend! Super close to food and shopping too! Love that it’s gated- security on site over night- felt very safe! Will stay here again in the future!

Great for what we needed.

This place was exactly what we were looking for, we were in town to visit my aunt so really just a place to come home to at night and sleep. Would have been nice to have a fob for the main gate, but was not the owners fault (previous renter took them). Close to the highway but still quite. Very good for the price.

Host communication was very poor. The gate and house codes given were incorrect. I couldn’t get into the compound until someone was getting out. She didn’t answer calls during those times when I needed the gate open. Also the entire beddings in the master bedroom were unclean. The dining room table were very dusty even though the apartment itself was clean. I ask had to purchase WiFi.

The place was as advertised - 2 bedrooms & 2 baths. There were some repairs needed, like a loose kitchen faucet, missing door stops, and scuffed cabinets. mattresses

The place was in a great location for why we visited Atlanta GA. No idea if the property owner knows but we noticed the closet door in the master bedroom had a hole in it. We messaged them right when we arrived but no response. I would suggest getting a blackout curtain for the master bedroom because the outside light looks directly into the bedroom making it hard to sleep.Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Great location/ super accommodating host

If you’re ever looking for a place in Buckhead, this is the place to be! The condo was very clean, modern and had all the living/home necessities and MORE! This location of very close to major highways, grocery stores and shops! Host was super understanding and accommodating to the needs of my fiancé and I. As a travel nurse, finding a place to comfortable stay for a while without worry can be troublesome but we were lucky when we found this place. This location is also central to all the major hospitals in the area. The neighborhood was quiet and parking was never an issue. If I ever need a place to stay in the Atlanta area, I would not hesitate to look this place up again. Thanks again for letting us rest your space!

Great location, comfortable unit

After a few frustrations/hassles with figuring out how to make things work properly, we settled in for a very nice three week stay. We were here for the birth of a granddaughter, so away from the unit a fair amount. But we really liked the location and layout of the condo, good amount of dishes, pots and pans and silverware - even managed to host a thanksgiving dinner for 7 people. Grocery stores and restaurants nearby, lots of parks. We especially liked Toast on Lenox, and Talkin’ Tacos. November in Atlanta was lovely with fall color. Host was quick to respond to our questions and concerns
