One Married and/or un-married but cohabitating couple with family allowed only (per club rules, approval required). Your "visitors" can stay up to 28 days, but cannot obtain club membership pass as visitors. Rental application fee by Cypress Woods is $350.00 with CW club background check at $150.
All just 6 miles to the Gulf beach, Mercato with many dining and shopping options also very near Just off Immockalee Rd and Rt 75, the convenience to everything (Publix, Target, etc.) is a pleasure. No carpeting, with all bamboo or tile flooring throughout this large condo. The screened in lanai overlooks the 18th tee and 11th fairway, with small pond view. 2 Queen beds and 2 Twin beds allows for total of 6 guests.
