Perfect location for short walks to many shops and restaurants. Comfortable beds. Nicely decorated. Plenty of towels. Easy check out process. Lots of windows, bright and cozy. Five star!

The property was clean, comfortable and in an ideal location! Easy to walk right into downtown Newburyport! King size bed was super comfortable with clean soft bedding. The host was extremely easy to work with and responsive.

Wonderful place to stay within walking distance to all the waterfront has to offer. Clean accommodations with easy check-in. The host was very communicative and hospitable. We look forward to returning!

Everything was great. Host was awesome to work with and had prompt answers for the few questions we had. Condo was clean and well stocked. The listing on VRBO shows it in the wrong spot on the map. The actual spot is nearby though and works great for access to downtown Newburyport. Def would stay again!

Lovely stay in perfect location!

Great space, very spacious and clean, in perfect location, walkable to all the great spots downtown! Sam, the host, was very responsive, gave great recommendations on restaurants, and made the check in and check out process so easy! Would definitely recommend/stay again!

Beautiful apartment located steps from restaurants and the walking paths of Newburyport along the ocean. Very modern and super clean it’s a great place for a nice getaway.

Sam’s place was great! Comfortable, well organized/supplied, and the location was great location. If that weren’t enough, Sam himself was a terrific host, who communicated seamlessly, was flexible, and ensured that we had everything we could possibly need for a terrific stay. Highly recommended!

We can’t say enough about this property!! It was perfect! So close to everything in Newburyport - just a short walk to shops and restaurants. The property was clean and bright with lots of natural light. It was a perfect home away from home! Our host, Sam was incredible as well!!

We loved staying here!The property was well stocked with everything you need - toiletries, kitchenware, bedding, etc. The master bedroom was spacious and sunny, and thoughtfully furnished with a king bed, large dresser, closet system and blackout curtains. The location was great for quickly accessing the heart of downtown. There was a frog pond directly across the street with a playground which I enjoyed bringing my baby and toddler to explore. Parking was overall easy to find on the street. The parking spot on property was too small for my Suburban but worked great for my friends' Atlas.We did not have hot water but the host was quick to respond with details so I could get the boiler going again. Sam's communication is efficient and clear!

Great spot in cute town

We loved this 2nd-floor rental because it was close to the center of town, yet quiet. Four of us stayed there and had plenty of room. Everything was new and so very clean! We were given great information on checking in, checking out, and where everything was in the rental. Parking for our 2nd car was easy (on Green St). We walked to the shops and restaurants (recommend Sea Level, Black Cow, Grog, and Tuscan Sea). We would stay here again!!
