Fantastic beach front property, pictures don't do it justice. Location was great. We were there during off season but the Seaglass restaurant was amazing. Unit kitchen very well equipped. It was spotless on checkin. Communication with Jonathan was excellent, very quick to respond. We will be back!

The house was as described. We had plenty of towels but only two wash cloths. No trash bags or toilet paper and we couldn't get the washer combo to dry. We arrived after dark & couldn't find the home or reach Jonathan to help. When booking it took several days/weeks for him to answer if he answered at all.

It was our first time renting this house from Jonathon, and we certainly were not disappointed. We loved everything about it ! At first I was a little concerned about 1 bathroom but we didn’t have a problem with that at all It had everything, linens , towels fully stocked kitchen and gas grill. One more thing Location,location,location Close enough to walk to the center and still enjoy the quietness of the beach We hope to be back next year. Ps we brought a foot bath to keep most of the sand out of the house and it really helped

Absolutely perfect and immaculate beach house for what we needed. Located perfectly outside of the center so that’s it’s a quick walk to fun, good and entertainment but yet far enough that you feel relaxed and secluded. House has been updated with top of the line appliances and furnishings. Mattresses were extremely comfortable and provided linens and shower towels. My entire family and visitors were related and impressed. We will be renting every year possible! Thank you Jonathan for sharing your piece of relaxation and heaven with us!

10/10 . We had a fantastic time. Every review was spot on. Sunrise was absolutely incredible. I can't get over how well the walls are noise insulated between the rooms. Grill is great. We had dinner most night on the picnic tables overlooking the ocean. We stayed in unit A, which is the best. Woke up every morning to sunrise outside your window. Highly recommend! And the one bathroom turned into laughs for the everyone that stayed, who was next!

Great vacation spot

Our family had the best vacation at Jonathan’s place we felt right at home enjoyed all the amenities and being right on the beach was amazing

50th birthday vacation was great for 2 families.

Everything was as it appeared in the pictures. We had an issue where the shower handle broke and he had a plumber by to take care of it quickly. Would definitely stay again.

We loved every aspect of our stay. It was right on the beach which was exactly what we were looking for. Sunrises and the colors of sunset are right out the back deck/windows. We could hear the waves crashing as we went to sleep. Everything was wicked clean, and it has all the necessities including both a Keurig and coffee maker. There’s even a broom and dust pan should you wish to sweep up the sand. I would encourage bringing extra toilet paper, paper towels and a dish sponge if you’re planning to stay longer than a couple days. We enjoyed some delicious local eats from Groundswell Surf Cafe and Sin-A-Loa. Jonathan was easy to get ahold of and responded quickly. Looking forward to staying here again in the near future.

Location!

The beach house’s location is really amazing! The sunrises are spectacular and accessibility to the beach makes the experience very memorable. My family enjoyed every minute.
