Welcome to your beachfront Plum Island escape in beautiful Newbury, Massachusetts. This stunning 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom beach home is located directly on the sand with breathtaking ocean views, two private balconies, and direct beach access just steps from the back patio.

Wake up to the sound of the waves and enjoy elevated ocean views from multiple angles throughout the home. The bright open layout, large windows, and airy coastal design create the perfect relaxing beach atmosphere for families and groups.

Located only 9 minutes from downtown Newburyport, guests are close to shopping, restaurants, and local attractions. Salisbury Beach is approximately 15 minutes away. Popular Plum Island favorites including Plum Island Grille, Plum Island Kitchen, Beachcoma, Plum Island Provisions, and The Cottage are all just minutes away.

Sleeping arrangements comfortably accommodate up to 9 guests:

My family and I had a wonderful vacation here! The property is just like the pictures. We loved being able to walk out the door and be directly on the beach. Made beach outing super easy since we have a toddler and a baby! We were able to walk to several restaurants, convenience stores, a playground, and an ice cream shop from the rental. We would definitely stay here again!

The ocean view was front and center of the condo. Plenty of room inside and outside. Nice deck/balcony space. It was a great place to get some ocean time! Newburyport was a great walkable little town with great eateries and shops. This was a great weekend.

Gorgeous Location On The Beach

Beautiful accommodations right on the gorgeous beach. A wonderful place for us recently retired sisters to gather. The place was well stocked and supplied. Handy to have the washer/dryer there.

Best location!

The unit was exactly as described. The porch overlooks the beach and the house is just steps from local restraints and shops. We are looking forward to returning.

Superb location / great condo

This listing was directly on the beach. Impeccably clean. Can sit on the deck or in the living room and watch the waves. Easy walk out onto the beach. Hiking and biking trails nearby. During our stay (May2025) was cold, windy and a bit rainy. We played lots of board games and watched the ocean. Relaxing. Didn't get to use the grills or patio area. If you want more excitement... Walkable to breakfast (Mad Martha's) and bar / restaurants. My only issue was that the upstairs bedrooms are accessed by a narrow spiral staircase, not easy. Our adult kids stayed up there and my wife and I only stayed on the main floor. That being said, the location is the winning feature on this listing.

The location is perfect. The place was clean however, the stairs going up to the second floor are very difficult to navigate. The upstairs was pretty hot as the air conditioner did not work one night, but it ultimately worked its way out, but it still was hot even though it was fixed. Plum Island is perfect. I would definitely go to Plum Island again, but probably rent a different place.

Thanks for your stay Jeff. We're sorry you thought the stairs were difficult to navigate. We only have one flight of stairs up to the second floor right at the entry. Anyone who has moderate mobility should have no issues climbing the staircase. We were notified the AC on the second level wasn't working and addressed it immediately. AC is now working as normal and all is set. Thank you and hope you'll enjoy your next stay on Plum Island!

The property was perfect for our stay on Plum Island. It was right on the beach with direct access to the shore. The beach was quiet and apart from the more public areas of Plum Island which added to its attractiveness.

Wonderful Plum Island Getaway

I booked this property last minute knowing very little about the area. It turned out to be a fabulous trip. The property is right on the water and private beach. No crowds! There are a few casual restaurants, an ice cream shop, small convenience store all within walking distance from the house. We brought bikes with us and rode to Newburyport several times during our stay. Only a 15 min bike ride with kids. There is a large public parking lot in Newburyport which was very convenient when we wanted to shop or eat dinner out. Would definitely stay again.

Fabulous home RIGHT on the beach. Amazing views. House was beautiful and had everything we needed.

A wonderful week in a beautiful home. Great outdoor space. Sunrise and sunsets to be enjoyed from various decks and patios. Able to walk to restaurants and ice cream. Owner was SO responsive and helpful with super clear check in/check out and great recommendations for all you would want to do in the area. We cannot wait to book our next stay!
