Nice quiet neighborhood

This was a great space with a lovely outdoor patio unfortunately the patio hadn't been swept in quite some time there were dirty dishes in the cupboard and it looked like the place had just not been cleaned very thoroughly. When I mentioned this to the property owner you assured me he would have a conversation with his cleaning staff. 9staffstaff..have staff

Very enjoyable!

We had a great time in Albuquerque, the city is really nice and welcoming. The house was great with three good rooms and very comfortable beds. A nice and cute patio very enjoyable at the end of the day. We were also able to play with the board games put at our disposition with our kids. Thank you very much for all of it!

Charming home in Albuquerque

The property was adorable and met my exact needs. The bed was comfortable and the the television was big. The kitchen was well equipped and the laundry room was perfect.

Great house for a getaway

House was perfect for a family get away. Everything was clean, centrally located and as described. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Vacation Home!

I cannot say enough good things about this vacation home! The owner is a wonderful person and very easy to communicate with. The house... -is in a great location! -is spotlessly clean. -has very comfortable beds. -has a well-appointed kitchen with all you need to cook good meals. -has comfortable furniture. -has great hangers/closets and drawers for clothes. -is nicely decorated. -has a real laundry room with a counter. -has TVs with Vizio for streaming in the living room and in each bedroom. -has built in shelves in the bathroom and elsewhere that are convenient. -is in a quiet, walkable neighborhood. -has parking for more than one car in the driveway plus street parking is usually easy. -has a keypad for easy entry/exit. This is truly a goldmine of a vacation home! I give it my very highest recommendation.

Super responsive host

The property was comfortable, well maintained, and close to campus. Our original departure date coincided with Hurricane Hillary so we needed to stay an extra day. The host kindly extended our reservation and helped with a few other minor issues promptly and courteously. Thank you!

Great location for a family stay

Good clean, property close UNM and Nob Hill. We had a family of five stay comfortably. We were visiting during a brutal heat wave (+100F every day) but the A/C was able to keep the house cool day and night. New appliances and stocked kitchen made home meals easy. Easy walk to UNM campus and Nob Hill restaurants and shops. Owner was easy to reach and responsive.

what we needed

we just needed a place to sleep during a move. This fit the bill. Communication with host was excellent. If you have light sleepers, they may struggle in this house - it is older and the floors squeak very loudly.
