50 Second Walk to Beach with Great Oceanviews with Heated Swimming Pool - 2 Master bedrooms with bathroom, 2 Decks with Great Oceanviews of Gulf & Dune Lake that is next door. Steps to the Beach with 50 second walk to beach access 77. Sleeps up to 18 Guests.

This home has Ground Level Entrance access with the Kitchen, Living area, dining area and dining bar and laundry area on the First floor. There is a Master Bedroom on the First Floor with easy access. There is a Secondary living area with game room and pool table on the Third floor for watching spectacular sunsets in the evening with a secondary kitchenette & Tiki bar for enjoyment.

Parking for 4 vehicles

HEATED POOL w/ waterfall. Extra fee for heating pool.

First Floor:
(1) Master Bedroom with King Bed and private patio enSuite Bathroom with Tub/Shower (this bathroom has 2 doors and is also adjoined by main living area)

Fantastic location, lots of space!

This was a great house for our extended family beach trip. It was so close to the beach -- a 3 min walk that was close and safe for even school-age kids to run back and forth without an adult. Plenty of beds/bedrooms/bathrooms for all of us. It's a very nice property but obviously "well-loved" by PCB beachgoers, but everything in decent condition for our stay. We would love to go back!

The house is great for a large.group. The beach is super close. Fun little neighborhood bar close by and grocery store. Property management was very responsive assisting with the pest issue we had. Great place to rent just needs a little TLC from thr bug man

Great housew

House was a perfect location to hit the beach and softball fields for our tournament. We stayed with friends and the house has a great set up of bedrooms, plenty of space! Would definitely stay here again.

Great location for a beach vacation!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Our host, Amy, was quick to respond to questions and the house was by far the best one we’ve rented in PCB. Very clean and there was so much room for our family to spread out when we needed our space. Just a short walk across the street to beach access, which was great, and the older kids enjoyed being able to take advantage of the bikes.

Family Vacation

There was plenty of room for 15 of us. Just a 1 minute walk to the beach. Just a few minutes drive to local grocery stores. Very beautiful place we will stay again.

A Perfect Beach House

Our stay was great. Beach is far less crowded than other places we have stayed in years past. House exceeded our expectations and tiki bar and pool table were fun. They had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The shared pool was great, no issues with the other house. Had it heated, which was great at night. Plenty of room for our group of 17. We will be back.
