This tastefully decorated condo offers central A/C, high speed wifi internet, and a full size kitchen with a microwave and dishwasher! There is a Smart TV in the living room so you can enjoy streaming with your login credentials. There is a TV in the second bedroom but this is for DVDs only. This perfect midtown location is known for the best restaurants and bars in town! Bedroom 1 has a queen bed and bedroom 2 includes a bunk bed with a queen bed on the bottom, a twin on top and a twin trundle bed so you can sleep 6 people comfortably. One reserved parking spot. No washer/dryer in unit. 2nd floor condo. No elevator in building.

*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no excpetions to this rule. Also, this is a non-smoking property and does not allow pets, sorry.

*Linens are not provided but can be rented separately for $107.00. A complete linen set includes sheets and pillow cases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option when you make your reservation if you choose to do so. Guests must supply all soaps and paper products.
