You will not want to leave this beautifully decorated 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo with an incredible, direct ocean view in the Mayfair Beach Condos on 119th Street in Ocean City, Maryland. 2nd and 3rd bedrooms share a bath off a private hallway. It has a fully equipped, beautiful designer kitchen with GE Profile, stainless steel appliances, granite countertop and a beautiful stone and glass backsplash!! You can stand at the kitchen sink and gaze out at the ocean. The condo has a beautiful pool with a spacious sundeck and plenty of sun as well. (Pool is open Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day Weekend.) Enjoy morning coffee watching the sunrise or move to another of the three balconies and enjoy an incredible bay view sunset. You can park the car and never leave. Next to the Crab Cake Factory, the Carousel, close to Tail Chasers, Fast Eddie's, Green Turtle and other restaurants. Short walk to Northside Park. Our home at the beach is meticulously maintained and offers all the amenities you can think of, and more! The unit comfortably sleeps eight, but will accommodate 10. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, the 2nd bedroom has a queen, there are two full beds in the third bedroom and the family room offers a queen size sleep sofa. New LVP Flooring in Master Bedroom in Spring 2024. New Family room furniture in Spring, 2023. Guests are responsible for providing their own bed and bath linens. Blankets and pillows supplied by owner. Linens and towels can be obtained from local services; Let's Make Beds and Ocean City Beach And Linen Rental. There are lighted ceiling fans and clock radios in all three bedrooms. Roku televisions in all bedrooms and a Smart TV, with Roku in the family room. Stream Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc., from your personal account. Stereo and a DVD player in the family room. Wi-Fi Internet service throughout year round. Our Home at the Beach has programmable central air and heat, and a full size washer and dryer. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything and anything you may need, including a large crockpot for easy meals. Put your meal together in the morning, enjoy the beach all day and come back to dinner ready! The condo is fully furnished and beautifully decorated!!

The unit rents Saturday to Saturday in season. Weekend rentals are available before Memorial Day, and after Labor Day.

This is a non-smoking, no pets unit. We only rent to families and DO NOT rent to groups of high school seniors or young adults. Condo will sleep 8-10.

Amazing 2nd Stay

We stayed here again for the 2nd season in a row, and for the 2nd time everything was amazing. Love the property, the location, and all the amenities inside. We had additional family members stay this year and even they were wowed. We definitely plan to stay again! We definitely recommend this rental!

Beautiful Condo Unit and Exceptional Owners

Our family has been coming to OCMD for years and during our last few trips, we have stayed at the Mayfair Beach condo. This building isn’t too old, it has an outdoor pool, ocean block views, is not super crowded and is a quick walk to the beach.

Great communication and condo!

We had a great time! Condo was clean and ready when we arrived. Kathy checked in later that night and was readily available if we needed anything! The kids floor puzzle was a huge hit with my son and he probably put it together multiple times daily haha. Would definitely recommend to anyone! Thank you!!

This is the 2nd time we have stayed here and once again had an amazing time!!! The communication with the owners is so easy and painless. The condo is big and super clean! You can see the ocean and the bay which is a nice bonus. We already booked to come back next year! Cant wait!

Excellent Stay

My family stayed here and the condo was absolutely amazing. Great views, great location, close to the beach, plenty of good food choices nearby, and even close to a nice playground if you want to spend time away from the beach. We didn’t have the best forecast for beach time, but we found plenty to do both inside and outside the condo. I would highly recommend this condo for your next trip to OCMD.

Large Beautiful Condo

The condo was spacious and beautiful with three lovely balconies. It was also well equipped and close to the beach and other conveniences within walking distance. The owners texted us to make sure our check-in went smoothly and that we were pleased with our accommodations. We would highly recommend this condo!

We had a fantastic time. The condo was beautifully decorated and clean when we arrived. I loved the pool and quick walk to the beach. I also appreciated the kitchen stocked with a crockpot, kitchen utensils, and extra cleaning supplies. Definitely want to book this place again next year!

Very nice condo

This was a very nice condo, exactly where we wanted to be in Ocean City. They had everything we needed in the condo (outside of the linens, which is fine - we brought sheets etc). If I go back to OC, i would definitely rent this Condo as it had plenty of room and was in great shape.

Exceptional condo and great location!

We recently stayed at this condo and it was wonderful ! The planning and attention to detail was noted from the time we rented until check out. The owners were readily available for any questions. The cleanliness, quality furnishings and kitchen supplies were awesome! Highly recommend!!

Great owner, great place, great experience

The title says it all. Owner reached out to us before the trip to make sure we had everything we needed and said we could reach out anytime with questions or concerns. We had one question and the reply and help was immediate. Would highly recommend staying here.

Best Ocean City Spot

The condo was amazing, so clean, amazing view!!! The location is right next to the grocery store, CVS and Dunkin’ Donuts, the essentials haha. The pool looks small in pictures but in person is just perfect. The proximity to the beach can’t get any better. The condo is great will definitely be going back! The owners of this condo are so nice! The whole experience was just great!

Great week at the beach!

We just returned from a wonderful week at the beach! The condo was perfect for our entire family! It had ocean views and we enjoyed sitting on the balconies. The place was clean and spacious with a well equipped kitchen. We look forward to our next stay!

Beach trip

This property is huge! Plenty of room in all the bedrooms and living space. We had a slight mishap with a mattress when we checked in, the owner was on it quick! The little touches like night lights in the hallways and bathrooms were greatly appreciated. We enjoyed each balcony and the well stocked kitchen. Had a short walk to the beach and everyone in the building was friendly. Would recommend this 10/10! Can't wait to come back

Feels like our little OC home! We love it! Everything you need is there. The location is awesome, especially with kids. You can walk to many main attractions. Super clean and well supplied!

VRBO experience and the condominium we rented.

This was my first time using VRBO. It was much easier then dealing with a real estate agent. The condo was beautifully kept, very clean and the owners were a delight to deal with. I would recommend this listing to anyone who wants a great place to stay in Ocean City.

Off-season Getaway

Great stay in OC for Thanksgiving. Nice views and short walk to the beach. Inviting, comfortable and beachy atmosphere. Loved the fireplace during our cold November weekend. Fun family get-away.

We looked for over a year for the perfect place for us and any potential guests that may be interested. We have owned another unit in Ocean City for over 20 years and have been able to upgrade something every year and keep it meticulously maintained. We will continue that mindset with Mayfair Beach.

We looked for over a year at units up and down Coastal Highway....some bayfront/bayside...other oceanside;/ocean front. This was by far and away the best unit we saw! Dick and Molly Beringson made our experience incredible! Hats off to both of them!
