Summary:
Enjoy the natural beauty surrounding this cozy water front RV. Just a few miles from down town Charleston and Folly Beach. Sleeps 3 adults or 2 adults and two children with a Queen size bed in the spacious main bedroom and a fold out sofa in the living area. Take full advantage of this secluded private property with access to the dock as well as the entire lot featuring multiple fire pits, tree swings, and picnic benches.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the surrounding property, outdoor picnic tables, fire pits and the dock.

RV harbor stay

Beautiful property, with great open space, next to the marsh on James island! A fishing pier that you can access to fish or just hang out! Convenient to Folly Beach and Charleston! Excellent place for a getaway!

Will be staying again!

Visited Charleston for the weekend for my daughter’s birthday. Had a great stay in the RV, the property was beautiful. Everything was exactly how I imagined. My two kids and myself stayed, we felt very comfortable and very safe in the area. Will definitely be our go to stay each time we come!

Beautiful place

The property is in a quiet neighborhood. It was really nice to go sit on the dock and underneath the huge tree at night. There’s a nice breeze usually there too. We didn’t have to drive far for good local restaurants.

Great view, close to Downtown Charleston

Great price for a 28' motorhome with a very nice view. Easy to get to Charleston, half the price of other options. Private area, great hosts. Clean and comfortable....

RV made for Relaxing and Enjoyable Get Away

The property and RV was just right for a short get a way. The drive into Charleston was approx 15 minutes. The area was quiet and the view was peaceful. My husband and I enjoyed staying in the RV.

Perfect Spot

This RV is in a beautiful pointe, overlooking the marsh. We enjoyed our coffee out on the dock and listened to all the sea birds. The bed was very comfy and it was the perfect amount of space for our little family. We loved it so much, we booked this little slice of heaven again for our Anniversary!

Vacation stay

We found this rental on Vrbo when looking for a place to stay while visiting Charleston. We had never stayed in an RV before so we thought we would give it a try. Great experience. Beautiful location. Easy access to the city. We even watched dolphins play in the waters off the dock.

Relaxing site

We were focused on beach time and sitting by the water….this property has a nice pier with places to fish, rock on the swing and observe the beauty of the area. The RV worked perfect for our vacation…. Ample linens,towels and complimentary toothbrushes/paste….the little extra touches were appreciated. Would definitely stay here again…close to Folly Beach and plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby too.

Little hidden treasure

The motor home was spotless and supplied with everything we needed. The location is beautiful overlooking the creek lined with old oaks. There was a bench swing overlooking the creek and another one on the dock. It was pleasantly quiet after a day at beach and around town.

The property jad a great view of the waterfront! We visited early in the season, so the owners were doing ground maintenance while we were there. It wasn't quite as reclusive as we had hoped, but it was understandable.

Laid back

Very laid back and off the beaten path, but nice and quiet away from the hustle and bustle. The trailer was very clean and want lacking anything.. Owner was easy to reach and very helpful. Will definitely return

Nice affordable place to stay

The RV is nice and everything works as it should. The property and views are beautiful! The only thing that I didn’t like is that the listing didn’t specifically note that the RV is in the backyard of the home. (Although we did assume that would be the case) Not bad- still pretty private; just wish I would have known.

Home Away From Home

This is our second time staying at this picture perfect property. The RV is stocked with all you will need and sits on a spectacular marsh view. We enjoyed our coffee on the dock watching the dolphins play and our afternoons fishing. This is a natures lovers paradise and centrally located with privacy. The owner found out we were celebrating our anniversary and personally brought over a very heartwarming gift. We can’t wait to come back and miss this little slice of paradise already.

Excellent Experience

The RV was well equipped, very clean and comfortable. The property was stunning, quiet and relaxing. The James Island area is the perfect mid-way point between Downtown Charleston and Folly Beach, though I will say, James Island has tons of amenities and charm of it's own. The owner's Warren and his father are super friendly and accommodating and property manager Kaitlin is a pleasure to work with and very responsive. I'd highly recommend.

perfect James Island getaway

You can't beat the location to all that Charleston and the surrounding area has to offer. And more importantly, the property is in a quiet area with not too much light pollution so you can fully enjoy the beauty of the marsh and sky. When I first rented it, I was a little worried about sharing the property, but the large yard had plenty of room to share and it never felt crowded. In fact, while I was there, there were lots of time no one else was outside. Very beautiful piece of property to enjoy some quiet reflective time.

Best Vacation In A LOOOOOONG Time!!!!

My partner and I had our favorite experience together because of this beautiful property and because the hosts think of every, single, detail...Tons of kcups for coffee (and good brands...for coffee snobs like me). Saturday morning was magical and serene sitting on the dock looking out over the marsh drinking said great coffee. Everything we wanted to do downtown was about 15 minutes away as was the beach. We will definitely come back asap with a bigger group!

Beautiful views and great communication

We have never stayed in an RV before so it was a unique experience. The communication was excellent and I feel that they went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable with our stay. They housed a wedding the weekend we stayed and was upfront about their plans in doing so. The event was very close to the RV and they offered a refund due to the inconvenience. We are very appreciative and will definitely be coming back.

They have thought of everything. The intentional care and thought was very appreciated. We stayed for our Anniversary and arrived to be surprised by a sweet card and plant. A little slice of heaven

We had the best time and stay while in Charleston. Perfect location!! We had everything we needed. RV was clean. We enjoyed it so much- We played during the day and came back to peacefulness. Built a fire in fire pit and just relaxed. Not far from town. Would definitely come back. My only suggestion would be get a better mattress it was hard as a rock
