Very cozy and quaint. We had a great time and the hosts were lovely. Construction was happening on the road in front of the main home, but it didn't impact our stay at all.

It appears to us each time we try to turn left out of the yard, a car stops directly in front of the driveway. Hopefully you were not as frustrated as we often become. lol. The property was clean and spotless, well-stocked, and cozy. It is located within easy access of Folly Beach and downtown Charleston.The hosts responded very quickly every time I reached out to them.The only downside was the tiny bathroom and tiny kitchenette.I would definitely stay at this property again.

Located near walmart and short drive to the beach. The house was Super clean and smelled great. The outdoor area was nice and had grill, plus screened area. Overall the rooms were great and well done, but queen bed was firm. Great and we would stay again.

This is such a cute place! It is decorated perfectly and so cozy. It was spotless when we arrived, it’s clear that the owners take a lot of pride in their property! The neighborhood is quiet and convenient to everything. Perfect size for two adults and two children, which is what we were. There’s a great outdoor area, one area is covered and perfect for sitting outside, drinking morning coffee or having breakfast. Plenty of hot water and great water pressure! :) Comfortable beds, too! Highly recommend!!

It was a nice little cozy cottage, the kitchen area and bathroom were very small. Everything else about it was great!

Very cozy and comfortable house. Everything was clean, had everything we needed. Comfortable bed. Nate was very nice and when we locked ourselves out, he was very prompt to see that we got back in. Safe area too.

Clean and quiet...perfectly set in between Charleston & Folly if you are going to both, but without the Charleston or Folly price. If you have 2 people or more and want a little more space just a hotel room, this was a good option.

This little getaway has everything a family needs. Excellent location, easy access to all things Charleston and super friendly hosts. Very responsive and so accommodating. Highly recommend and will stay here again should the need arise! 5 Stars!

I stayed in Nate's place for 10 nights and found it to be a great base to work out at Fort Johnson, and to visit people around Charleston. It is a quiet location (no noise from traffic, dogs, neighbors etc). It has easy access down the side drive, and plenty of spaces to sit and work/relax. I would stay here again.

Central located between Charleston and Folly beach. Many grocery stores and restaurants just a few minutes away. Quiet neighborhood safety tuck away from the street. My 2nd time here and would stay here again

This sweet little cottage is shaded and private, quiet and relaxing with a lovely attached outdoor seating space. Kitchen is well equipped, plenty of extra sheets and towels.

Weekend getaway

We drove into Charleston for a wedding and couldn’t have asked for a better accommodation. The space is beautifully nestled just a short drive off Folly Road and in close proximity to everything you could want to do for a weekend communication with the host was wonderful and I thoroughly look forward to returning to one of their properties.

It was smaller than we thought but comfortable. The bathroom was very small but functional. Short drive into Charleston. Fam’s Brewing and Pizza is just up the road and a great place to eat!
