Welcome to our tropical oasis! Our thoughtfully designed 1BR-1BA condo is located on the 15th floor of Luau I on the beach side of The Resort. Guests can enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, plush furnishings, breathtaking views and all the amazing amenities that Luau I and the Resort have to offer!

At 7506 Luau I, breathtaking views of the white sandy beach and emerald blue waters are just the beginning! Our fully equipped kitchen offers a toaster, tea pot and coffee maker and is equipped with all the cookware and dishware needed to prepare a gourmet meal. And with bar seating in the kitchen, in addition to seating for 4 at the dining table – there is room for everyone to enjoy!

Designed with comfort in mind, the cozy living area offers plush furnishings, spectacular views, an HDTV television and access to a breezy balcony with outdoor seating. The master bedroom features a luxurious king bed, an HDTV television and a spacious master bathroom with tub/shower combo. For guests, there is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. For your convenience, we are pleased to offer keyless check in, complimentary WIFI, and a washer/dryer!

Luau has one of the nicest pool complexes in the Resort. In addition to a lagoon style pool, guests can enjoy a beautiful waterfall, tropical hot tub, seasonal snack bar, and a separate kiddie pool area! Luau also offers a community grilling area and fitness center.

The Village of Baytowne Wharf on the bayside is home to restaurants, boutique shopping and entertainment. Also nearby is the Silver Sands Outlet Center and Grand Boulevard for specialty boutique shopping and upscale dining. There is something for everyone - tennis, four golf courses, a marina, walking and fitness trails, bicycle rentals, and more! Treat yourself to a relaxing vacation and enjoy our tropical oasis at #7506 Luau I. We look forward to hosting you!

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.

Great property and the view is incredible-can see everything! Had a hiccup trying to get in but after 5 minutes figured it out with no problems. This is our second stay here and we love it, planning to stay here again next year!

Great Lightning Show from the balcony!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Storm rolled thru while we were there and it was great because the balcony was completely protected from the wind and rain. The show the Thunder and Lightening put on were spectacular! On the whole, the condo was perfectly located to everything. Great area to walk and explore. Would definitely come back.

This property is absolutely wonderful! There were a lot of other really positive reviews which helped guide my decision to stay here and I’m so glad I did! The condo is beautiful, clean, peaceful, has a cute little kitchenette and has amazing views of both the gulf and the bay. It also directly faces the sunset, so if you don’t go to the sunset deck you can watch the sunset from the balcony! The pool is absolutely lovely and getting in/out/around is super easy! And even though the property doesn’t sit right on the water, don’t let that detour you! It’s a very close and easy walk! I would absolutely stay here again!!

This was perfect in every way. From ease of check in to the absolutely stunning sunset views, this condo delivered everything it promised and more. Its rare to think that the pictures don't do a place justice but that's the case for this listing (in fact, there are some furniture upgrades that haven't made their way to the photos yet). Lovely, lovely place.

Beautiful condo with an amazing view of both the beach and the bay and can sit on balcony and enjoy the sunsets. Very clean. Host or manager very prompt with answering questions. Would definitely stay in this place again. Didn’t go to the pools but they looked very nice and clean

We had a great stay at the property, everything was exactly as described. The unit is on the 15th floor with amazing views and was super quiet. It is a short walk to the private beach which was really nice. Pool wasn’t heated yet, so it was in the low 70’s. The hot tub was broken for most of stay which was a bummer. The unit was very well stocked for all of our needs. We just loved the property and will be back.

We couldn’t agree more with all of the prior comments. This rental was immaculate and presented exactly as described. The views from the porch are amazing with both the ocean and the bay visible from the high top chairs. The starter kits provided offer enough for a few days and there were ample towels and linens provided as well. The communication with the rental agency was amazing and we’d highly recommend this rental to anyone looking to visit Sandestin.

Loved the Swimming Pool!

The condo was great! Very spacious and a great view. The swimming pool was amazing! The location is convenient to restaurants and shopping. The management was pleasant to work with. An overall great experience.

Clean, convenient to everything and great pool

The condo was clean, bed comfortable, and shower had decent pressure. The pool and hot tub were very nice and clean. The view was very pretty and could see the ocean and across the resort. Location was convenient to everything - restaurants and shopping. We would stay here again.

The cleanliness was over the top! The well designed boxes of soaps, etc were very appreciated. The balcony was our favorite part with 15th floor views of the beaches, Sandestin properties and the bay. We ate all our meals out there on the comfortable furniture! Being able to wash and dry our beach towels was a big plus before driving home.
