Great complex and access to the beach

First time staying at Beach Colony and would stay again. Condo was nice and access to the beach was great!

This unit is in great condition. It is very clean, and everything you need is available. Check-in was different because I had to check in and out at a different location than the unit, but it was flawless, and the group was friendly. It was a quiet rental, and the view was amazing. The only flaw I can think of is not having screens on the sliding door to the balcony, but being up so high, it was not a problem. I do recommend checking out the chair and umbrella rental before your stay; it is reasonable. I had difficulty watching my kiddos because I wasn't in the first row, so I will rent ahead of time next time. The Beach Colony staff is excellent, especially the beach helpers. They are very accommodating and informative about the beach and the surrounding area.

Everything was excellent. Only thing I would recommend upgrading is the patio furniture. Would be nice to have a couple of lounge chairs and a small table to put between them.

2025 vaca at the Key!

Great condo that could use a refresh/update but we still had a great get away! It was clean and met our needs but does feel a little outdated compared to some of the other condos in this complex.

Beach Colony Tower

Nice condo with a great floor layout and a larger than typical balcony. Good parking and easy access to Perdido as you are right across the main bridge past the roundabout.

So many codes to keep up with, I prefer keypad to enter room and not keep up with a key. Also Checkin online or on site.. The master bed was not comfortable at all, too soft. The resort was nice.

Overall this was an easy stay at Perdido. The property has a very nice view. The outdoor pool is pretty and lends an easy walk to the beach. The room itself is comfortable for a group of four. I’ve experienced several rooms in this building, and comparatively this unit needs some love. The appliances are older, the coffee pot has a burn ring and flickers on and off, and the beds and furniture are worn and squeaky. These are all easy updates that can be addressed to give the room new life and make it feel like an upscale beach vacation. One thing I did not address with Beach Colony is during windy weather the hurricane shutters make a loud and long rattling that can be heard throughout the unit. Not an issue during calm weather, but we had extreme wind and I was worried the cases of the shutters were going to blow off in the middle of the night. The wind also kept blowing over the balcony furniture. In conclusion, the room is nice but needs some updates addressed in order to bring it back to life.

Condo was nice Needed a few things fixed like the bathroom vent, master bed and master bath toilet seat needs replaced, but clean and overall very nice. Very beautiful grounds

FUN WEEK AT PERDIDO

It was very nice, but needs some updating and TLC. I rented this for me and my family and we had a great week. My 8 year old granddaughter loved it! Mostly we loved it, but the tile floors(even though they looked clean, our feet were filthy. The commode in guest bath was terrible, garbage disposal was busted and never did work, chaise lounge in balcony extremely uncomfortable, and decor could use some TLC. Overall, however, I'd stay there again. The elevator didn't always work

This particular unit had dirty, stained furniture. The sofa was chipping. (Pleather) The stove had one burner that worked differently from the others causing a safety hazard that we had to figure out the hard way. The dishwasher needs to be replaced. The living area does not have a ceiling fan for airflow and movement. Lastly, one of the elevators was broken for the majority of our stay. We have been coming to Beach Colony for years and tye elevators are ALWAYS broken.
