Relax and enjoy the experience of the hot sun, white sand and clear waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The view allows the greatest beginning and end to any day from watching the dolphins at sunrise to the most beautiful sunsets to end a perfect day. Please note they’re painting the building in the spring 2025

All Spring, Summer and Fall rentals are from Saturday to Saturday ONLY

This location sleeps 6 with 1 king size bedroom, 1 Queen Bedroom and a pullout sleeper sofa.

Our family really enjoyed this condo! The pictures of the view are great but it is even more beautiful in person. It was cozy, comfortable, plenty of space for a big family and fully stocked with all you could need. Convenient to all kinds of delicious food places (some literally walking distance) we enjoyed trying. The indoor and outdoor pool were so nice, and being able to swim for a bit then walk right out onto the beach was perfect. We will definitely be back.

The condo was amazing, newly upgraded with appliances and new floors. The view was unmatched to anywhere we have stayed before. Jack was very communicative throughout our stay. He was very friendly and personable. We even ran into him during our stay and was just as nice in person. 10/10.

The condo was beautiful and equipped with all the essential amenities. Jack was very attentive and checked in with us throughout our stay. The view of the beach was excellent. I highly recommend this property.

The property was just as beautiful as the photos and the video. Check in was easy and Jack was very easy to work with. The ceiling fan on the balcony was a blessing because not every unit has one. Highly recommend Lillian's pizza nearby and eating pizza on the balcony. Furthermore, some elevators in the condominium were down so being on the 3rd floor helped immensely with getting to and from the condo easily.

We had a perfect stay. Room was beautiful and very clean with updated appliances. We enjoyed the room and the hospitality from the owner. Will 100% be back again

We had a great stay overall! The condo was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was wonderful, and the owner was excellent to work with. Communication was prompt throughout our stay, and when we discovered the dishwasher wasn’t working, the owner responded quickly and did everything possible to help.The only downside was the building itself. One of the two elevators was out of service during our stay, leaving only one elevator for the entire building. It was extremely slow and often resulted in long waits, especially during busy times. Since we were there over a holiday, it added quite a bit of stress to coming and going.Overall, we would stay here again because the condo and the owner were both excellent. Hopefully the elevator issue will be resolved, as that was really the only thing that detracted from an otherwise enjoyable vacation.

Very nice stay

Our time at this condo was enjoyed thoroughly. Very convenient and perfect for a small family. Building is a little older/outdated, but was receiving a facelift while we were there.

Perfect location. Condo is very nice and staff very friendly and helpful. All the vacationers we talked to were very nice. We ate at the Jellyfish which is right across the street and it was great. We also ate at the point bar and grill it was great and only eight or ten minutes away. Overall Great vacation. Thanks Jack you were a Great host….

Beautiful property with an amazing location.Everything was very clean, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything you could possibly need. The view from the patio is gorgeous and we loved the ceiling fan out there it was so comfortable on even the warmest days! Beautiful view from the Master as well. Thanks for sharing your beautiful condo with us! Hope to visit again soon!

Great family beach trip

The condo was clean, well equipped, and communication and check-in were easy. The building is older but very maintained and clean as well. The best part was that you just walk through the building and step out to the beach. We had no problems at all during our stay and even our teenager agreed we should return next summer!

Beach Vacation

We loved this condo! The host was great and we didn’t need or have to request anything. The view from the bedroom is amazing! Kitchen is updated and washer and dryer is a bonus. We loved this condo and will be back for sure! You won’t be disappointed in this condo.

Great place to have a get away

Stayed a week , all appliances new, location is great , bed is comfortable, blackout curtains are a great for those mid day high uv naps! Pool and facilities are real nice and the elevators are fast and readily available. Staff was pleasant and on sight security is good to have as well. The gulf was unsettled a few days and calm enough for a 5 yr old a few as well! Within minutes of great food and stores for all necessities/grocieries.

Jack was a very good host. He notified us the day of check-in to let us know we could check-in early if we desired. The unit was very clean and well appointed. It had beach chairs and a brand new boogie board for our use. Because I like to keep up with the news, I appreciated that it had an expanded cable package with many news channels and it also had HBO and Netflix. The only thing I would change is I would bring ear plugs for night time. There seemed to be a family with children above us and we could hear the toys being dropped or played with throughout the day and night. I would also put new weather stripping or insulation around the front door, as we could hear children playing into the evening and traffic when it was heavy. I'm sure these are condominium issues, but just good to know if you sleep lightly.Overall, an excellent condo and we would definitely stay again.

We stayed in this condo the first week of June, and it was absolutely perfect! Everything in the unit is exactly as pictured and described. It was clean, well maintained, and had everything we needed to make our stay perfect. The furnishings are comfortable and in good shape. The kitchen is well stocked with all pots/pans/tableware you might need, and they even had Tupperware for storing leftovers. The cool toned decor is perfectly soothing to come into after a long day in the bright sun. There's a full size washer and dryer in the unit, and a drying rack for beach towels or laundry which I found particularly helpful. The location is fantastic, you're close enough to anything you might need or want to do. We were lucky enough to meet the owners while we were there, and they are the sweetest, most helpful people! My family of 3 loved everything about the condo so much, we've already decided we're booking this exact unit for our next vacation! Absolutely 10/10 in my opinion.
