The Lake Cottage at Camp Midles

When you arrive you will see Hicks Lake and feel cozy in our Modern and newly remodeled Cottage.
Experience the Kayaks, Paddle Boat, Row Boat, Dock for Fishing(during Season license required) or Sitting with a glass of wine while watching the Geese and Bald Eagles, as well as a Firepit area for evening Smores .
This Modern 1 Bedroom Cottage has it's own deck with outdoor seating, eating area and BBQ as well as 2 Queen Beds ( one in the Bedroom and 1 in the Main Living Space). Beautiful inside and out. Come stay with us!

Enjoy our clean and beautifully appointed furnishings and cozy beds.
Experience WiFi and smart TV while lounging on the Sectional Couch. Spacious and Clean. Book today!
Guest access
As you pull down the driveway you will see the Lake ahead and the White Cottage. Look for the Designated Parking spots right on the backside of the Cottage. Then walk to the right down the Hillside and Up the Cottage Deck Stairs. Enjoy!
Other things to note
Children and adult life jackets are available for use and recommended with any activity on the dock or lake. Children must be accompanied with adults when near the water.

Beautiful place! The views and lake access with kayaks, what more could you ask for? Dwight was welcoming and explained the amenities to us. We had a short amount of time this trip. We wish we could have stayed longer and will plan on it next time!

Our family (my wife, our son, and I) had the pleasure of staying at this incredible lakeside paradise for three nights, and it exceeded our expectations in every possible way. From the moment we arrived, we knew we had found something truly special. We made unforgettable memories together that we will cherish for years to come.This cottage has everything you could want for the perfect peaceful getaway. Whether you're looking to relax on the long private dock, swim in the lake, fish, enjoy the water toys and floaties, have a barbecue, or unwind around the fire pit, this property has it all. The views of the lake from both inside and outside the cottage are absolutely breathtaking, and the entire property was exceptionally clean and beautifully maintained.What truly made our stay unforgettable was the outstanding hospitality of Dwight and Mary. They have created a warm, welcoming retreat and genuinely care about their guests having an amazing experience. We are incredibly grateful that they share this little piece of paradise with others.We wholeheartedly recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable vacation. We are already looking forward to returning for another stay in the near future!

Charming and clean

This cottage is very cozy, clean, and super cute. The deck is gorgeous and the location is fantastic. Super well kept and charming. We enjoyed our stay and had the weather been better thus pkscecepuld he even more amazing.

Family visit

We were in town for a celebration of life ceremony so did not get to enjoy the place as much. We hope to return and next time enjoy the beautiful lake view more. Everything was great!

A great place to recharge!

I had a lovely girls weekend here. The house is clean and cozy and has everything you need. We loved reading on the dock with coffee in hand..we'd love to come back! 😁

Perfect Stay

What we were hoping for and more! Peaceful setting and beautiful lake views hosted by a welcoming and gracious couple. What more could we ask for? We will be returning to finish kayaking to the end of the lake :)
