This comfortable condo is on the 20th floor with ocean front balcony.
Enjoy the beautiful sunrise from the ceiling to floor windows in the living room or step outside to the large covered balcony. outdoor pool, kiddie pool, lazy river, fitness center, hot tub and direct beach access. Just a short walk to shopping and dining. Covered parking deck, free parking.
Condo is on the 20th floor
We have implemented contactless check-in. No need to talk to anyone nor pick up keys anywhere. Both resort gate and condo are controlled by combination locks. Codes will be sent by email and text message. Resort is accessible 24/7 So don't worry if you are running late.

Free Parking deck address is: 2503 Withers Dr. Note the parking deck has a different access code with the resort building gate.

Please note there is an ongoing water outfall project near 24th Avenue North, which may result in some construction noise during standard working hours. We appreciate your understanding as the area continues to improve.

The condo was beautiful and the views were amazing. Janet our host was easy to communicate with, the staff was very friendly. We loved our bed each night, was the most comfortable bed we have ever had! The condo was very clean and updated which made our stay very enjoyable. We look forward to our next trip back to this wonderful condo and Myrtle Beach!

View was the best part of this condo. Relatively clean and comfortable. Unit in dire need of refresh/paint that is not so dreary. Balcony chairs not as pictured. Parking a block away was inconvenient. Host was helpful and promptly solved any issues.

Birthday beach visit

The condo had a great view of the ocean and sunrise (sunset was overcast and rainy). Very communicative hostess, and clear instructions for checking in and checking out.

Very nice stay

Beautiful location, prompt communication from host, clean, well stocked condo, great resort amenities.  A couple minor things but nothing that took away from our stay, (the doorwall seal and the bathroom fan need to be fixed). As with any rental, I recommend ear plugs and an eye mask.View is amazing, (LOVE the high floor!) and the beach is gorgeous. We miss Myrtle Beach already!

Long weekend stay

The view was amazing. The property was very clean and staff was very friendly. Our only complaint would be some more seating options in the living room to accommodate families. Otherwise room was great!

Very nice condo as advertised.

Overall, the condo was just what we expected- a nice, small place for a great price. Everything was in working order and the furniture was in good shape. There were a few minor things we found during our stay, but Janet was great to work with and took care of us. The beach is beautiful and the location is great-- close to all the things we wanted to do. The view is spectacular from the 20th floor!

Great firework show on July 4

Highly recommend coming here for July 4 weekend, especially if you have kids that love fireworks. We had fireworks right off the balcony on the 20th floor. Pay attention to the information provided by the host, as the parking is on another road.

Girls trip!

I came to town to spend the weekend with my sister. We had an amazing time! The condo was just as it was listed. The block that you had to walk from the parking garage and the condo was well lit and easy to access. The manager kept in contact with me to insure that everything was just right for us! I would definitely stay here again! The view was amazing! Access to the beach was easy!

The view from our room (20th floor) was amazing it had everything we needed to get started such a toilet paper napkins dish soap laundry soap fully equipped kitchen coffee maker refrigerator dishwasher stove with a cooktop all the pots pans and dishes including silverware about a 1 mi walk to the center of town and the SkyWheel parking was about half a block away the front desk staff was friendly it had several on-site pools although they are not indoor it did have a hot tub and beach access we would stay here again

Cozy layout, Incredible views, & Excellent hosts

I work from home and decided to snowbird for a month in Myrtle Beach. This condo was absolutely gorgeous with a cozy and comfortable set up. It immediately felt like home. The views were incredible, each day waking up to a beautiful sunrise and ending the day with a dazzling sunset. The host was phenomenal and extremely responsive to all my needs. I’m ready to go back and will definitely be snowboarding again next year in this exceptional condo. These accommodations made the trip even more relaxing and rejuvenating. Thank you so much for making my trip even better than expected.

This was a great property! Excellent location, beautiful beach view, clean, and well equipped. Toaster, coffee pot, dishes, and pots and pans are provided in the kitchen along with major appliances. Really appreciated having a washer and dryer also. The negatives about this property are no fault of the owner, just personal preferences. The bedrooms only window is to the exterior hallway. Granted, there is only one condo past this unit, so it's not a high-traffic exterior hallway. But I wasn't comfortable with the curtain open which made the bedroom dark, even with the lights on. The bathroom has a garden tub, which we enjoyed, with the exception of having to step into and out of it to shower - the sides are very high. I only mention this as we usually vacation with my elderly mother, and this would have been a deal-breaker had she been on this trip with us.

The Condo was perfect, spotless. It’s about a 3km walk to the boardwalk where there is shopping and lots of places to eat. But there is a restaurant just across the road. You can unload your supplies on the loading platform and use the carts to bring it to your room. Then you have to move your vehicle to the parking garage across the road (a very short walk). My only disappointment is that none of the pools were open this time of the year, February. However the host did make arrangements for us to swim in the pool next door. This is on the 20th floor with a balcony overlooking the wonderful beach. There is a security code to enter the building, another code for the room and another code for the parking garage . I felt quite secure in the area. I would definitely stay again. Janet the host is awesome, she even changed the rooms code , because we arrived early, so that we could go in early. Plenty of restaurants and things to do all within walking distance. I would definitely stay again.

We have two separate incidents. Our check in time was 4 p.m we did not arrive till 7 p.m. During our arrival housekeeping was in process our room to clean while we trying to get in. Which should have been completed before check in time of 4 p.m. unacceptable. Then on the day before we left we got interrupted around 6 p.m before going out to dinner by housekeeping again. Housekeeping had a code and tried to enter our room while we were in the room. Luckily we had the safety door latch in place to stop the door from completely opening. I stopped the housekeeping who continued to argue with me that they were coming in to clean the sofa while we we were in the room! This is a security and privacy issue. The property management was dismissive of the issue. We were uncomfortable of staying out last night because the ability for housekeeping to enter the room! This was the worse beach experience to date after 30 plus years coming to Myrtle Beach! Tried to find a communication platform to owner which is not available only to the lousy property management who will most likely cover up this act of gross neglence.

This was the best place we've ever stayed in Myrtle Beach. The condo was very well taken care of and the beds had very comfortable mattresses. The owners were very easy to work with. The elevators we the fastest of any resort we've ever stayed at.
