* Swamp behind the house can bring you daily fresh air and make you closer to nature; A lake resides in front of the house, across which there are numerous lights woven into a heart-warming net in the night;
* Phenomenal themed-bedroom art & game room in the home;
*A private enclosed pool and spa on an enclosed lanai;
* Spacious open-plan living space for togetherness time;
This spectacular site of a 8 bedroom, 6.5 bathroom home will be an outstanding choice if you’re traveling with family or a big group for a magical Disney and Orlando theme park vacation getaway!

POOL/SPA HEATER: VERY IMPORTANT
1-Cost: $35 per day (November-March: $45/day).
2-Minimum: 3 consecutive days.
3-Pool is set to be heated to 89 F/Spa 104 F.
4-Must be requested 48h in advance.
5-Guests need to pay heated pool for spa to get heated.
6-Heaters work through HEAT EXCHANGE and WILL NOT WORK in cold weather. If you still would like to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund.
BBQ: BBQ grill is optional at $85/reservation with a tank of propane included.
Needs to be paid at least 48 hrs in advance.
* PARKING:
Parking is not allowed on the grass or the streets. You can park 2 cars on the driveway and 3 on the overflow parking area in across from the house. Trailers, buses, boats, RVs, etc, are not permitted.

We do provide a few essentials to make you feel more at home when you arrive like: paper towels, dish sponge, dish detergent, dishwasher pods, trash bags in all trash cans, and a roll of toilet paper, hand soap in each full bathroom. These will not be replenished and additional supplies that are needed, will have to be purchased by the guest.
*Heated pool/hot tub is option at $35/day and BBQ grill is optional at $65/reservation. The two options need to be paid at least 2 days before arrival. If guests request pool heat after they arrive, $45 trip fee will be charged.

* Trash pickup
Trash must be bagged. Bagged trash must be left at the porch in/around the brown bin, NOT ON THE STREET OR ON THE GRASS ( HOA will impose a fine of $100/day if trash is left on the grass or on the street). Trash is only picked up once a day. Please put trash out early in the morning.
