The 1st floor is amazingly bright & open with a wonderful flow perfect for entertainment. While the 2nd & 3rd floors offer more seclusion, perfect for those in need of a little R & R. All bedrooms each have their own bathroom, walk-in closet, & private patio access with exception of the 1st floor bedroom. There is a marvelous open-air outdoor grilling station adjacent to an incredibly cute & cozy green space & patio space for days on all three floors. Just to list a few of the many charming attributes this home has to offer! Nestled in between Rosemary & Alys Beach, there are a plethora of places to go & things to see…stunning views, amazing restaurants, upscale boutiques, live music, & even a farmer’s market every Sunday & Thursday. All of which are accessible via bike, tram or afoot. The home also sits parallel to Scenic 30A and is a few moments from access to US Hwy 98. A tad bit East, you will find a variety of grocery stores, pharmacies, & gas stations. Lastly, Seacrest Beach features 24/7 onsite security and greets you upon arrival with both parking passes & pool bands. This home is managed by Sea & Stay 30A and available to rent on our website. Parties, events, pets, & smoking of any kind are strictly prohibited. If found in violation, guests are subject to immediate eviction without refund.
