Rest and relaxation is the name of the game at Giant’s Rest! Located in the quiet, peaceful community of Inlet Beach, this coastal 3-story, 6-bedroom plus game room, 4-bath home is the perfect spot for a beach vacation. Beautiful gulf views and breathtaking sunsets can be enjoyed from the two outdoor decks, while the private heated pool beckons below.
The third floor offers the luxurious master bedroom and bath which opens up to a shared balcony with gorgeous ocean views and a wonderful ocean breeze. Catch the sunrise on the balcony or relax at night, soaking in the jacuzzi tub, to the sounds of the ocean waves. Features a 42” Smart TV, king bed, reading chair, ceiling fan, separate bathtub and shower. A second master bedroom and private bath shares the balcony and spectacular views and completes the top floor. Features a Smart TV, king bed, ceiling fan, shower/tub.

The second floor offers the Living, Dining and Kitchen area as well as 2 bedrooms that sleep a total of 6. The Living area features a 60” Smart TV, Blu-ray DVD player, pull out sofa, full bath, large deck for outdoor dining and entertainment. Large family style dining area includes service for 24, a table for 10 plus additional seating allows for indoor seating up to 14. High quality kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and all the essential tools for a perfect vacation! Down the hall, kids will enjoy the brightly colored bunk room featuring two sets of bunk beds, Smart TV and DVD Player. The back bedroom consists of a queen bed, Smart TV, and access to the outside deck. Full-size Washer & Dryer also located on this floor.

The first floor offers two bedrooms that sleep a total of 5. The kids’ bedroom features three twin beds. The cozy Queen bedroom allows access to the pool area and has a Smart TV. The first floor also hosts a game room that opens up to the pool, featuring a 42” Smart TV and comfortable pull-out couch and pull-out oversized chair (converts to single bed). It’s a great place to put the excited kids or rowdy teenagers for after-dinner entertainment!

Giant’s Rest has an outdoor area that is perfect to enjoy the Florida Sunshine. A renovated large back yard patio offers a private heated pool and lounging deck, gas grill and plenty of outdoor seating. Parking is perfect because the house features a two-car garage and space for 4 cars in the driveway. For a large group, there is a second refrigerator located in the garage for all your refreshment needs.

Giant’s Rest is just steps away from the secluded beaches of Inlet Beach, a hidden treasure at the eastern end of Highway 30-A and immediately east of Rosemary Beach. Wonderful Stay!

Our stay at Giants Rest was perfect! We had a group of girls staying in the area for the first time and this was the most ideal spot to stay. The house was even better than the pictures and super clean. We loved every second of this house and everything it has to offer. Thanks for a great stay!

Spring 2024

A group of senior ladies on an annual reunion. The home was beautifully appointed and well equipped. The outdoor areas are especially nice and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Property management and owner were very gracious and responsive to our few inquiries while we were there. A great home for a group or extended family stay!!

Family vacation

Family vacation was fanastic

We had perfect Family vacation at Giant's Rest. The house was perfect for our group. The pool area, all the beach items & toddler accessories in house were great! The walk to beach was a little more work with small kids, but wasn't bad. Owners were great to deal with also. We would definitely rent this house again.

Huge spectacular house!

The pictures do not do the interior any justice for actually how large it is! Unfortunately the pictures do make the pool look larger than it is but the overall house and location is fabulous!!!

Giant's Rest A Great Family Getaway Spot

We very much enjoyed our one week stay at Giant's Rest. The property is large and spacious. It very comfortably held our eight adults and one child (2 years). The house is in fine condition, and is located in a more private and quieter area (more private than the adjacent Rosemary Beach). It is close enough to the beach to be an easy walk. But it is still in the center of activity near 30A. We would return to this property for future trips of a similar nature. Fantastic! Thank you.

Great beach with plenty of room

We stayed here for a week for a family reunion and had people ages 4 to 78. We had plenty of room for everyone. The kids enjoyed the pool. We did rent a golf cart for hauling stuff to the beach. We were glad we had it but it wasn’t necessary. The walk to the Beach is a short one. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely Inlet Beach stay

Giant’s Rest was exactly as advertised. The beach was about a 5 minute walk away and once there, there was plenty of space to spread out and enjoy. The included chairs & umbrella rental were a great touch. There were 3 wagon carts and several chairs in the garage. We enjoyed cooking on the grill and the kids loved the pool. We took advantage of every space. We had very few issues and those were addressed during our stay. We appreciate Jennifer’s hospitality!

Amazing property- Perfect Vacation!

This house was PERFECT for our 4 families, with 8 adults and 7 children. There was plenty of space to lose one another despite having so many people. The rooms were perfect, beds were comfortable, pool was amazing, and we loved the neighborhood. The whole experience was flawless. After reading the guest book at the house, we understood why families return to this gem year after year. We hope to become one of them. Thank you, Jennifer for helping make our vacation a dream.

Amazing Stay

Our family group consisted of 7 kids and 5 adults. We had an amazing time at Inlet beach, with this house being a big part of the experience. While the pool wasn't huge, we never felt it was too small for the members of our group that wanted to take a dip. Their were 3 wagons that helped make the 5 minute walk to the beach easier to tote tons of chairs and toys; we also appreciated the complimentary, daily beach chair/umbrella service. Close to everything you'd want to be near: <5 minutes from Rosemary; ~20 minutes from either Seaside or Grayton. Incredible!

Wonderful location, management, and property!

The house was exactly as represented. Our extended family of five siblings and four spouses, Mom, and three teenagers (13 total) were very comfortable for Christmas week, particularly as the weather warmed up, and we could take advantage of the outdoor spaces. We cooked all of our meals while staying and were able to do so easily with the kitchen and grill available. The beach was a short walk from the house. Several in our party rented bikes from the local property management company, which stayed in contact with us. I would definitely stay again for a large family gathering.

Been vacationing with my family for over 25 years and this was the best home, period!

Very easy to talk about all the features, but simply put it had every thing that you needed to make your stay the best. The pool, the grill, the outside decks(3) the tvs, the eating areas and the list goes on and on! Even a full-size refrigerator and freezer in the double carport where we stored item’s to load and take to beach. The walk to beach not too bad but we just loaded up the truck and dropped everything off! We hope to gather there again next year! Also the owner was very quick and responded to all my questions!A totally 5 star for our stay!

Awesome property - Giants Rest

Awesome beach rental property! Best of 5 Florida beach houses we’ve rented! Short 6 minute walk to beach. Best equipped kitchen we’ve seen - everything present for cooking for our party of 13. PAC-n-play, high chair, child gate, & great stroller for our 15 month grandson. House is even better in person than in the pictures. Twelve beach towels provided. Lots of new beach chairs as well. Lots of room for everybody, even on rainy days. Man cave on lower level worked for gamers. Property rental agency very responsive. Five minutes to Publix grocery store.

Excellent family vacation spot

This lovely home is perfect for a large family or other group outing. The layout allows for privacy but also great communal gathering spaces, including a dining table that could seat all 11 of us. Our extended family has rented a number of homes around the country over the years, but have never stayed in one that was so nicely equipped. The kitchen had every type of cooking equipment; there were many types of cocktail and drink glasses, plastic cups for poolside, and grill tools; pool and beach toys and floats; lots of storage space, and more. It was kid-friendly with child-proofing equipment and toys, games, and videos for children. The beach is an easy 5-minute walk and the owners supply two beach carts that make it easy to take equipment to the beach. Rosemary Beach shops and restaurants are also within walking or biking distance, as is the Donut Hole restaurant/bakery. The wi-fi was a bit weak and could not support the demands of the large group. Other than that, our stay was perfect!

Fun in the sun! Spring break 2024!

House was fantastic! Fit our family of 15 perfectly and space for everyone. The house had everything we needed for cooking, comfort, beach and overall enjoyment. Heated pool was much appreciated. Blessings to you for sharing this giant gem with us!

Giants Rest

Great home and location!!!! This home was exactly as advertised plus more!! The host provided everything we needed!! Chairs, umbrellas for the beach and Rain, house home items!! And service was out of this world!! Had a small issues with the water heater and it was address with in the hour!!! This house was totally worth every dollars!!! You can’t go wrong with this house!! And plenty of room for everyone!!!!

Exceeded expectations!

Giant's Rest was the perfect property for our family of 12, including grandchildren from ages 13-2. The home is the best equipped rental we have ever had; from the kitchen to the all of the beach equipment. The living area was large and comfortable, great for watching our Chiefs on Monday Night Football! We were thrilled to have a beach wagon plus two beach carts, over a dozen beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, coolers etc. Having access to the garage to store all of our bikes and beach supplies was so convenient as well as the extra refrigerator for all of the beverages. We loved the outdoor space with the table for 10 plus the kids picnic table. We ate most of our meals outside. The updated pool area and lawn were beautiful. The walk to the beach was as described; an easy 3 blocks through the neighborhood and one staircase down to the beautiful sand. We were so fortunate to have spectacular weather!! The property manager plus owner Jennifer were very responsive and gracious to a few needs we had. Thank you so much and we look forward to renting again.

Great Stay & Great Management

Everything from the start was super easy. Simple to book and when it was close, received all information for check in. It was thorough and I everything was answered. Some of the biggest surprises was the second fridge in the garage and the availability of beach chairs. While there, management checked on us with text messages. No complaints about the house and everything was described accurately. Overall, great place and managers. Definitely would recommend and stay again.

Big family getaway

We have a big family with young kids. The house was awesome. Baby gates for stairs. Options for things to watch for the kids and adults as well. Short walk to the beach. Warm pool in a serene back yard. Everything provided for cooking. Large tables for family sitting. It was exactly what we needed.

We were introduced to Inlet Beach when Bill started working across from the Navy base in Panama City Beach. As a retired Marine, he loved the easy access to the water and the rustic nature of Inlet Beach. While it has grown over the years, it is still a natural neighborhood that feels secluded. It is within easy access of Pier Park to the east or Destin to the west, but provides a feeling that you are a world away from the crowds.

Giant's Rest is named after my husband, Giant Bill, who is 6'8" and quite a presence, similar to the house itself. This is our beach home to enjoy with our family and friends and relax from the craziness of everyday life. We hope that our guests will enjoy it as much as we do!
