Have a great time swimming in our fantastic pool, sipping drinks with your loved ones at our Tiki bar, soaking up the sun on our comfy lounge chairs by the resort-style pool, and unwinding in the lounge area near the cozy fire pit. You can also indulge in a BBQ, lounge on a hammock with a good book, spread out your yoga mat for some Zen moments by the poolside, or take a quick 1-mile trip to the beach for beach fun. We have a safety fence we can set up around the pool so you can have some peace of mind while the kids play outside. Please let us know 48 hours before check-in if you would like this installed.

There is also a pack's play, a highchair, children's dinnerware, and a baby bath tube.


Quiet Hours: 10 PM - 8 AM, The house is located in a family-friendly neighborhood, please be mindful of other neighbors.

This house has an outdoor pool, surrounded by lush tropical landscaping. Although the pool is professionally cleaned every week and safe to swim, each breeze can cause leaves to fall into the pool and backyard area. If you are expecting a daily pool cleaning, this house is probably not suitable for you.

The grill in the backyard and fireplace have propane tanks. We do not guarantee that they are full upon your arrival. If it is empty and you need to refill it, we will gladly reimburse you for the charge. It should be around 25$ at a local gas station or convenience store.

Our home “Tiki Kai” is spacious and comfy with a large pool and a super cool tiki bar. We are only ten minutes from the beaches and the golf course. Close to boat slips, golf, restaurants, and shopping.

Keep the young ones, the big ones and the four-legged ones happy!

The kids will entertain themselves in the pool or play a game of football. The guys will hang out in the tiki bar watching TV, and drinking a beer as they cook something wonderful on the grill. After dinner, maybe s’mores at the backyard fire pit. Even your doggy will be happy in the enormous fenced backyard.

The Layout
Tiki Kai has a split bedroom plan with an open living and dining room that overlooks the pool area, a gourmet kitchen, comfy beds, smart TVs, and renovated bathrooms. Tiki Kai comfortably sleeps twelve with queen beds in three bedrooms, one full and two twins in the fourth bedroom (kids' room), and a queen size sofa bed in the living room. A pack-and-play is available if needed.

The Kitchen
Easily whip up delicious meals in the fully equipped gourmet kitchen. We have pretty much every kitchen gadget or serving piece you will need. There is a coffee station with plenty of choices for your coffee.

Laundry
Full-sized washer and dryer. Iron and ironing board are available as well.

Pet
Only dogs under 50 lbs are allowed. $200 non-refundable pet fee per pet. For service dogs, a $500 deposit is needed.

Tiki Kai is in a safe and quiet neighborhood on a dead-end street.
