had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back again. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything I needed for a relaxing visit. The bed was especially cozy, and I appreciated the little touches that made the space feel welcoming.The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay, always making sure I had what I needed. The location was convenient, close to everything I wanted to do, yet still quiet enough to unwind at the end of the day.Overall, it was a great experience, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Beachfront property

Great place to stay with a great view! The property manager was very communicative and responsive to questions I had. It was clean overall, but the floors were dirty.

The views from both the living room and bedroom were awesome. The suite was a little smaller than i thought but still had plenty of room. It could use some sprucing up but was very nice. Beds seemed a little soft but slept very well. Host was easy to contact and very responsive. The hotel staff were very friendly and pools and facity seemed clean. The breakfast in the restaraunt was very good.

The unit was semi-clean. The sheets and towels were fresh, and it appeared clean overall, but the plastic tree beside the bed was covered in thick clumps of dust, so we immediately put it outside. More concerning was the water issue. Upon arriving, my feet were wet and discovered water coming up from beneath the vinyl flooring in the hallway, outside the unit, and in the kitchen. I used four towels twice a day to soak up the water, and the problem continued throughout our stay. I contacted the host, explained the ongoing water problem and how many towels we were using to absorb it. I asked for additional towels and for the leak to be investigated. Despite having four guests, we did not receive enough clean, dry towels for everyone to shower without sharing until our final day.Throughout our stay, we were walking on wet towels to manage the water while also having to dry ourselves with damp towels after showering. Either issue would have been unacceptable on its own; together, they significantly affected our stay. No compensation was offered.

Lovely place

Everything was great. Host was very responsive if we had any questions. Place was really clean and had a broom for use so we could sweep up sand we tracked in. A plus for me. I wish they had a little bit more space for comfortable seating, maybe two more chairs. Couch only could sit three and we had six people.

Needs Updating

Very small condo that definitely needs some updates and TLC. Check in was very easy. Location was good and steps from the beach. Property is old and needs a lot of work. During our stay a trash can was at the elevator collecting water from a ceiling leak.

Firstly, I want to say we very much enjoyed our stay. Place is overall very cute and offers some of the best views of the ocean! Fridge is smaller than standard and took awhile to cool but host was prompt in response regarding it and that was appreciated. Room overall was clean but could use a deep clean and some fresh painting in places. The only true negative was at check out, it took us an hour and a half to go down on the elevators twice. There were so many different cleaners going up and down and others trying to check out, it was truly a nightmare but didn't spoil an overall great trip for us! Look forwars to staying here again in the future!

Pet Friendly with a Beautiful Ocean View!

We recently stayed here for spring break and were very pleased! Great location and we were able to walk the beach about a mile to the ferris wheel and boardwalk. The area did not seem overly busy (like Florida usually is) and we never had to fight for a pool chair or spot on the beach. We had our small dog with us and the hotel and area is very pet-friendly! They had a large grassy designated place for pets to go potty and dogs were allowed on the beach which was great. Many stores had water bowls out and pet friendly signs to welcome four legged friends. The unit itself was clean and decorated very well! The floor-to-ceiling window overlooking the ocean couldn't have been a better view! Although the kitchen was small, there was an abundance of appliances, pans and utensils to cook with. The only downfall was there is no dishwasher which was a. bit unexpected in a unit that sleeps 6. The unit description does not list one, but it is definitely something I assumed most hotel/condos these days have so I never noticed it missing from the listing. We made it work and a sponge was provided. The indoor/outdoor pools were great. The hotel is in need of a little updating/painting, but all in all, this was a great vacation! If you are into finding shark teeth, the beachfront is loaded with them. We hit the jackpot when we even found a great white tooth! Thanks for a great stay!
