It was exactly as pictured and check in was simple. It had private beach access a minutes walk away. The beach is gorgeous. We would 100% rent this house again. The grill with propane was an added bonus.

We had a fabulous stay at this beautiful little home in downtown Venice. The beach is unbelievably close and accessible. Our host was outstanding and went out of her way to serve us. We highly recommend this property!

Sandi was great to work with and the property was clean and comfortable.

Venice Vacation

Once again, Venice was great! This little house is in a very nice location, beautiful neighborhood, beach close by, downtown Venice is just up the street.... we brot our bikes and enjoyed a lovely time! This house is small & clean- Thanks Sandi!clean cleancoshaaccommodationveraccolades

We loved every second! The private beach access was fabulous and a huge bonus since public beach parking fills up quickly. We rented bikes during our stay. It was easy to ride to the beach as well as into Venice for dinner, ice cream, and a bit of shopping. Everything felt close, convenient, and enjoyable to explore. The house itself had everything we needed. It was exceptionally clean, private, and located in a quiet, pleasant neighborhood. The host was great, responsive and just a message away, but honestly, we didn’t need a thing during our entire stay. Truly, it could not have been better week. We would absolutely stay again and hope to return soon!

A Pleasure

This property is absolutely gorgeous and very homey, organized and clean. Sandi was very personable and easy to communicate with. The neighborhood is beautiful and close to the beach. There is private parking right by the beach or in walking distance. Thank you Sandi for your hospitality.

Loved Everything About It!

The house was spotless and updated. I like the fact that there was no carpeting. Bedding was comfortable. The outdoor area and neighborhood was nice and quiet. The house is conveniently located as we walked and biked to Golden Beach, Venice Beach and the Historic Downtown and surrounding area. Sandi is very accommodating and personable. Perfect stay!

Sandi’s apartment is modern, functional and is beautiful!!

Sandi pays attention to the smallest details! Was greeted with fresh bakery items, new container of coffee, fresh bag of filters and bathroom toiletries. If need be, she responds quickly and is very rather to assist. Highly recommended this home in Venice!Thanks Sandi
