The house was perfect! Impeccably clean and adorably decorated with everything that you could possibly need! All equipment needed to spend a day on the beach was an amazing bonus! Many thanks to the host for ensuring that our stay was the best!

The location was safe, convenient to shopping/beaches and the island of Venice was 3-5 mins away. The host was very responsive to our needs or issues, very respectful and kind. Host provided some welcoming treats for our stay and to celebrate my birthday! Great place for families!

The home is extremely well appointed, with all the amenities you could think of - from cooking dinner, to pool and beach needs, it's there - right down to crab crackers! The location is perfect, so close to the beach and everything else. Each bedroom having it's own full bathroom is perfect! Kim is an excellent host, answering as many questions as you have, and available for anything you might need. Highly recommend choosing this home, you won't be dissapponted!

Home is nicely furnished, clean as can possibly be. Host Kim was wonderful. I have health issues and had lots of questions. Kim was so patient with me, just a wonderful person!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Casa Bella in Venice, FL. The house was very clean, kitchen was well equipped, bedrooms comfortable. The pool/lanai area was clean & comfortable as well. The vicinity of the house is within minutes of downtown & the beaches. The host Kim was very friendly & helpful, quick to respond to any questions you may have. Would definitely stay at Casa Bella again.

This was a fantastic property for a holiday stay. Felt just like home with all the amenities and features you would need. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was great, house was super clean with a great central location. Would definitely rent again!

We had a great time at Casa Bella in Venice Beach. The house was perfect for quests having bathrooms in every bedroom! It was close to town, beaches and golf courses of which we enjoyed all. Kim and Anton were very responsive to any requests or questions we had about our stay, and the pride they take in their property is evident. The pool was perfect for our stay very relaxing for an evening meal. We would highly recommend this property to couples or families who want to visit the area.

Great floorplan, it is so convenient to have a bathroom and shower for each bedroom! Everything is very homey and nice quality, not the usual commercial grade scratchy white towels and sheets you find in rentals. We enjoyed playing the board games, reading the books, cooked our meals in the kitchen with ease, spent a lot of time in the pool! The pool is so nice and clean, as well as the whole home. It is in a nice location with an easy drive to either Venice or Manisota beaches and downtown Venice. Really appreciate the beach gear, towels, scoops, chairs and the sun ninja tent is great!

The house was amazing and clean but the host was even better! Kim was so accommodating and did everything to ensure we were comfortable in the house and that it was safe for our baby during our stay. My family and I couldn't recommend this place/host more! (Thanks for everything Kim!)

The host provided a high chair & pack & play for our family. She also provided a whole list of things to do with a young family with toddlers. They had all of the amenities needed for the beach as well. Toys, chairs, a wGon, etc. The house was beautiful, clean & in a great location

We loved the property - especially the three en-suite rooms. That was great for our gathering. The house was conveniently located and had a kitchen well stocked with pans and dishes and utensils for ease of cooking. While we didn’t swim in pool, we did enjoy sitting around the pool in the comfy chairs and around the table on the deck. We loved the water reflecting on the ceiling too!

Casabella is a beautiful vacation rental. The host , Kim, was wonderful hostess. The house is beautifully decorated & anything you need is right there at your fingertips. Everyone LOVED the house. We can’t wait to go back & stay at Casabella again. Bright & airy— so relaxing and the location is perfect. We enjoyed the pool, as well!!! We will be coming back to stay at this beautiful home. I wish this house was mine. Beautiful. Host Kim went out of her way to welcome us, even early due to my son being severely ill from the plane ride. She let us check in almost 5 hours early. It was home away from home. Everything we needed and more.

We had such a wonderful experience at CasaBella Venice! The house was spotless and fully equipped with everything we could possibly need...from beach chairs to all the essentials for an amazing vacation.Kim was absolutely wonderful. She stayed in touch throughout our stay, offering great advice and even leaving snacks to welcome us.I’ve rented many vacation homes in the past, but I was truly impressed by the entire experience. CasaBella Venice exceeded all expectations, and I can’t recommend it highly enough!

From start to finish Kim was very responsive, answered all our questions about the area, and gave suggestions on things to do. We loved that each bedroom has its own bathroom as well as an additional 1/2 bath. The house was stocked with everything we needed for the beach too (coolers, ice packs, chairs, wagon, umbrella, sand toys, sifters)! Pool towels and beach shammies too. We enjoyed the layout of the house for our family of 6. The beds were comfortable and the area is quiet. It’s located close to a park to walk to with children, also within a few minutes drive by vehicle or golf cart to the beach and other activities. We rented a golf cart from Gulf Cart rental that provided drop off and pick up service right to the rental house. Thank you for a great stay at Casa Bella Venice!

Kim was a wonderful host. The home was beautiful and was just what we were looking for this year for summer vacation. The beaches nearby and the private pool were big winners with our young boys. Just to give you an idea of her kindness. She brought us brand new lounge chairs and a side table when she found out the existing chairs by the pool had a few broken laces. The very next day! She had additional umbrellas for the beach dropped off so we could get a little more shade at the beach. It was her mission that the four of us thoroughly enjoyed our week, which we did. Due to her hospitality and the beautiful place she provided, my wife and I were able to completely focus on making memories as a family on vacation. Thank you for everything, Kim!
