Great house and location

Wonderful house with open areas plenty of room for the seven of us. The hot tub was a perfect for unwinding after a long day. The hosts were very accommodating and answered all our questions and requests. The Alaskan Macs

Fabulous for Families

This is a great home for families - with the games, hill (and sleds) in the backyard and centrally located. Beds were comfortable and clean, and the kitchen was large and well looked after!

It was perfect!

We were in Colorado for a wedding in golden area. Everything went smoothly and we really appreciated Kate’s thoroughness and timely responses to our questions. The property suited our needs and was very clean and comfortable

This vacation rental was perfect for our family trip to see a concert at Red Rocks. The house is very nice and very clean with beautiful views. The host communication was excellent, the welcoming email gave us all the information we need and signs in the house helped explain features of the house.

Fantastic clean and plenty of space for large groups.

Weekend trip for a wedding. Close to the mountains (20 mins to Lookout mountain trail) and close to downtown Golden, which made for a perfect location.

AWESOME!

Stayed here for a 30th birthday celebration and had an absolute blast. The property is as advertised and is very clean and updated with so many things to do around the house! Katy was incredible and very responsive. Highly recommend!

Beautiful

Gorgeous house and property. Lots of room for a gathering of friends. The kitchen was a good size for entertaining and had everything we needed. The hot tub and tv outside was really nice Thank you!!!

Very clean, comfortable house. Great house for a family, board games, cornhole, separate lower living area for them. Hot tub and cute squirrels and bunnies

Perfect Place to Get Away

I can’t say enough good things about our stay at this location. Me and a few friends were working a job in Denver, and this place served as an oasis to relax and hang out after work each day. Highly recommend.

Wonderful Property

Our family of 5 with 3 being adult children loved staying at this property. It was super clean and beautifully updated. We made great use of the hot tub after a day of snow tubing. The beds were very comfortable. The fenced yard was great for our 2 small dogs. We enjoyed the beautiful view from the living room windows. The owner was very responsive about several small issues. We would definitely stay here again!
