Make the most of your stay in Denver with this comfortable, fully stocked home, minutes to DU, DTC, DT and sports venues. The big yard is secluded, with lots of seating, a hot tub, and fire-pit. This “homie” vacation rental is professionally designed with a fully stocked kitchen/coffee bar, snacks, two oversized sectionals and comfortable beds. The climate controlled garage has ping pong, dart board, smart TV. Experience seclusion, convenience and comfort in a clean home with a dedicated host. Able to host some small events.
For FAMILIES: Kid friendly with games, toys, kids dishes and a pack-n-play. Plenty of entertainment-small pool, hot tub, chalk board, ping pong, corn hole.
For FRIEND GATHERINGS: Great location- 15 min to Downtown. Multiple seating areas and a game room.
For CELEBRATIONS: Can host small celebrations/events, i.e. wedding brunch. Please contact me to discuss details. :) no live DJ’s.
For BUSINESS PROFESSIONALS: Fast WiFi, 816 Mbps, 2 work spaces, 5 min to DTC

The property is in a perfect location (2 minutes from the I-25) and sits on a quiet cul-de-sac. The fully fenced yard with the mature trees and bushes offer you the best privacy and tranquility. The home has a large functional back yard with entertainment and multiple seating areas. Truly a unique setting so close to down town. We do allow wedding celebration events such as brunch or meet and greets. The yard is perfect for gatherings of this nature.
