House was clean. Had everything we needed. Would have been nice to have more coffee cups and a toaster. The main bathroom tub was clogged. Had to shower in ankle deep water.

Beautiful Get Away

We loved our stay at this property. It was clean, renovated inside with a serene backyard. The neighborhood is super safe and our kids really enjoyed the stay. We hope to be back soon!

This was listed as a 4 bedroom and it IS NOT a 4 bedroom! It is 3 bedrooms and an open loft with 2 beds, but open walls and no door and no closet. That may not be a big deal to some but for me, traveling 3,000 miles to stay in a 4 bedroom house only to find out I was lied to was pretty annoying. The owners know it's a 3 bedroom, you can look on any real estate site and it is listed as a 3 bdr. and they clearly knew when they bought it it was a 3 bdr. So to misrepresent the listing on rental sites seems like a deliberate lie to be able to charge more. I also found it odd there was only 1 tv in the entire house? There was a tv in the living room and none in any of the bedrooms. You can get a 32" smart tv for around 100, so why not put one in the THREE bedrooms? Also a little annoying.

Thank you for your feedback, and we’re sorry the bedroom configuration wasn’t clear from the listing. The upstairs sleeping area is an open loft, as shown in the listing photos. We had not previously received feedback from guests that the layout was unclear, so we didn’t realize the description could be interpreted differently. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and have added more details to the property description so that the layout is completely clear to future guests.

Nice spacious house in cool area

We spent 3 nights before moving to the resort in Palisades, clean and comfortably house with a perfect location! Will be back again if we go back to the "Bay area"

Perfect home!

Our team when we are on the road enjoy a VRBO over hotels as it feels more like home. This home was the perfect property for the three of us. It had everything we needed and the host supplied us with all the information we needed for a perfect stay.

Beautiful home-great hosts

Modern home with open layout. Enough space for 4 families to dwell comfortably. Quiet neighborhood. 4th "bedroom" is actually an open loft however.

Nice home in quiet neighborhood in Foster City

Beautiful, spacious home in a great location if you want a quiet place to stay with easy driving access to the South Bay and East Bay. Nice small park for young children (short walking distance from the house). <1mile for a nice running path. Easy and prompt communication with Anh!

Very nice

Location was v important for us as we have family in the area. House was nice. Only drawback was the forced heat was loud and super dry BUT we bought humidifiers and that helped a lot. Overall wonderful stay and host was very prompt and communicative. Will likely stay again!

We tried reaching out to the host when we arrived and it took too long for a response. Once we connected they wouldn’t stop micromanaging our stay. That wasn’t what I needed or wanted on my vacation. We had a major issue with false advertising of the amenities.

Thank you for your feedback. We were surprised by this review, as we always work hard to provide a smooth experience and have been Premier Hosts with consistent five-star ratings for several years. We received one voicemail from an unfamiliar number (not the number listed on your reservation) about an hour before standard check-in time, requesting early access. No messages were sent through VRBO or any other channel. We didn’t check the voicemail until later, but your group was already able to checkin the house at the standard time without any issues. We also want to clarify that the only messages we sent after check-in were to apologize for missing the call & drop off treats to make things right. We sent one extra message to let you know we would take care of trash collection so it wouldn’t be a burden during your stay. Beyond that, we did not reach out further, nor did we receive any additional communication from your group about any other concerns. Regarding amenities, the home has always been accurately listed with five beds. An outdated line in the “Rooms & Spaces” section still referenced a “sofa bed,” which we corrected as soon as we became aware. We appreciate the opportunity to clarify and remain committed to providing transparent, comfortable, and welcoming stays for all future guests.

Comfy and relaxing home

I stayed here with my family. Overall, I liked the cleanliness and relaxing mood of this house. Anh was really friendly and responsive to all the questions and concerns I had, and made our check-in process smooth. Although it took us about 30mins to go downtown in SF, the location was great given that the community around the house was cozy and all the convenience stores were within 5 mins drive. I would like to come back here again for my travel later.

Just Fine

Everything was just fine. If I could change anything it would be to ask for a simple coffee service in the morning, as I didn't get to the store until the second day so had yto go that morning without. Oh, also, I forgot to leave a post-it in your manual but I'll tell you here: the wifi password in your manual is incorrect.
