Such a cute place! So comfortable, with all the amenities one could need. Very clean and, for once, I didn't need any extra hangars! Convenient to Old Town and the highways. Very much enjoyed staying there and would definitely come back!

My girlfriends and I had an amazing time at Jennie's place. You can tell how much love and thought she put into creating a truly inviting, stylish home. I cannot recommend her spot enough.

We had a wonderful stay! The property was in a fantastic location, just a short walk from Old Town, which made it so easy to enjoy the restaurants, shops, and everything the area has to offer.The host was incredibly helpful and thoughtful, especially with recommendations for places to eat and things to do. We really appreciated having local suggestions that helped us make the most of our stay.One of our favorite features was the rooftop deck. It was the perfect spot to relax with a drink and watch the sunset — such a beautiful way to end the day. The property was comfortable, convenient, and exactly what we were looking for. We would definitely stay here again!

Loved the Oldtown Townhome. Our host communicated very well and made sure everything went smoothly for the duration of our stay. We loved the location as it was walkable to shopping and dining. Would definitely stay there again.

One of the nicest places we've stayed-- spotlessly clean, beautifully and thoughtfully decorated, super comfortable, and in a great location. The rooftop patio is amazing, and the host was helpful and responsive. Can't wait to stay here again!

This is the perfect home for an escape in Scottsdale and visiting phoenix too. It had everything we needed and more. Very comfortable, spacious and beautifully decorated. We loved it.

The house was exceptional! So many personal touches to make you feel at home. We loved the decor, wall paintings, and rooftop patio. The welcome notebook was filled with helpful suggestions for restaurants and things to do, all in walking distance. The hosts made sure everything was perfect for our stay from check-in to check out.

Certainly one of the best rentals we have ever had. Many positives including - very clean, seamless check in and communications, good floor plan for two couples or a family with 2 or 3 kids, cool vibe, well appointed kitchen, nice bathrooms, great roof deck, truly walking distance from many restaurants & stores, garage parking for very easy access and the pool was very nice.

Very nice place! Beautifully decorated and well appointed. Had everything we needed. Great location for activities in Old Town and Fashion Square areas and a short drive to lots of hiking. The community pool is not really a selling point, might be great if kids want to take a dip, but not really for relaxing around the pool. But the rooftop patio is great for that! Host was very responsive and communication was great.

We have stayed in many vacation rentals, and this one was the best appointed rental by far! It had everything to make our stay comfortable and more that we didn't even know we needed. I loved the rooftop patio for morning coffee. (Would have spent more time there, but there was an early spring heat wave.). Jennie was a wonderful host and very responsive. We'll be back!

Great stay for girls getaway! Pictures reflect the property. The hosts have thought of everything to make stay easy and enjoyable!! It’s a great location for Old Town and Fashion Square area. Also easy drive/Uber to airport. The patio was our favorite spot! Jennie was responsive and very helpful.

Old Town Scottsdale Gem

We had a great time at the townhome. It was an excellent jumping off point to all the Old Town attractions. We loved the rooftop patio and all the thoughtful amenities. Thank you Jennie for being a great host.

Great location. Great stay!

So glad we found this gem. Location was great for exploring Scottsdale. Slept amazing - the beds were lovely. Has lots of charm with the coolest rooftop patio. Only downside is the water/pressure. But it’s an older home so that’s part of its charm.

Great stay

Stayed in Scottsdale for a week and couldn’t have been happier with our rental. This may be the first time the online photos looked exactly like the place we arrived at. Great rooftop area. Short walk to downtown. Beautiful kitchen and living room. We would definitely stay here again on a future visit and recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Best VRBO experience ever! Jennie replied to all my messages in a timely manner. The property was immaculate and even better than the pictures. Plenty of towels (including the kitchen), soap at every sink, pool towels. The kitchen was furnished as if it was your own home, not stuff from a thrift store. The owners have other properties in AZ and I would not hesitate to recommend any of them.
