Brand new elevator installed April 2024! you will have the entire unit at your disposal with the exception of the owners private closet. I am available via my mobile to answer any questions you may have, or make a recommendation for a good restaurant close by. We are directly beachfront in area with shops dining and activities within walking distance. 1 Covered assigned parking spot #9 is provided. Additional overflow parking is available first come first served and is free as well. There’s lots to do within walking distance, but if you don’t wish to drive, Taxi and Uber are prevalent in the area as well. The condo is stocked with just about anything you could want for your beach vacation except for swimsuits and sunscreen. Towels, Tommy Bahama beach chairs, Umbrellas (yes they work!) sand toys, boogie boards. Come and enjoy a truly relaxing beachside experience!
