This absolutely beautiful place
located at Seafern Condominium Daytona Beach Shores is perfect for your long or short term vacation! It is located on the 5th floor directly in the center of this only three wide condo, direct oceanfront privacy, on the NO DRIVE beach! If you would like to drive in the beach access to the beach ramp is only two doors over.
All newly Decorated with brand
new bedroom furniture, beds, new living room couches
and chairs!
Other things to note:
There is absolutely no smoking allowed in the unit or on the balcony’s . Please go out back if you must smoke :)

It’s an older condo but maintained decently with new appliances and plenty of kitchen utensils and wares. Location was perfect. It’s a little ways away from the bigger condo complexes and hotels so the beach isn’t so crowded.

I walked in and stopped in my tracks in shock of the quality, cleanliness, and view from this condo for th price.The owner was on point with communication and working with us. We will be back!

We stayed here as a family of 5 with 3 boys and this was the perfect place for our week at the beach! The 5th floor gives a great view of the ocean - we saw dolphins several mornings. The pool was a hit when we needed a break from the beach. We loved that the condo sits on the pedestrian only beach. It was quiet but still close to all the things you need. Such a great location. We had beach towels, a couple beach chairs and even some boogie boards and sand toys. It was great! The kitchen was well stocked. We had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. Jill was easy to communicate with. We hope to come back some day! Highly recommend.

Great condo all around!Easy check in.Quiet complex.Large 2 bedroom condo. Older but clean and nice. 2 beach chairs provided was wonderful. A box fan in the closet saved me from buying one. Amazing large oceanfront balcony. Nice quiet oceanfront pool (needs umbrellas tables & chairs)Loved not having to have several keys and codes for pool,beach gate, parking lot entry code, etc. So simple and easy. Close to the causeway.Parking very tight. there was guest parking so my kids could visit me. Loved that the beach was no drive. That is a must. ;)I will be back. thank you for letting me stay.

Great location.

We enjoyed our stay. Great location and great view Large balcony which we loved. Place was very clean. Would stay here again. Hand soap and tissues in the bathroom would be a nice added touch.

Enjoyable beach vacation

Mom and I had a good time staying in this condo. Beautiful ocean view and large balcony! Very comfortable bed in second bedroom that has replaced one of the bunk beds. Could use some new cushions on balcony furniture. Great place to stay all in all!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! This condo exceeded our expectations in every way.The apartment was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we could possibly need. The kitchen was exceptionally well equipped—we cooked several meals and never found ourselves missing anything.One thing we really appreciated was all the beach equipment that was available. There were beach chairs, toys, and other items that made our beach days so much easier and more enjoyable.The view is simply breathtaking, and the balcony is huge. We spent so much time there because it was such a relaxing place to enjoy our morning coffee, read a book, or watch the ocean. It quickly became our favorite spot.I also want to mention the air conditioning because I had seen a few comments suggesting there wasn’t any. There absolutely is air conditioning, and it worked perfectly throughout our stay, keeping the condo cool and comfortable even on the hottest days.The building has an elevator, which is very convenient, and the beach is absolutely beautiful—clean, peaceful, and just steps away.Communication was easy, everything was exactly as described, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a perfect getaway!

The host was very responsive and easy to work with. The property was exactly as expected. It was clean, the beds were comfortable, the furniture was new and comfortable and there was plenty of room for everyone. We spent a lot of time on the balcony which was expansive and provided a beautiful view of the ocean and the beach. The condo location was perfect! It was located on the no drive section of the beach but within walking distance to the pier. We were able to view dolphins from the balcony and as a bonus we watched several launches from Cape Canaveral as well. There was even a reserved parking space which was very convenient. We’ve stayed in several different units in this building in the past and this unit was one of the best. We’ll definitely be back.

I gave this stay 1 stars strictly because the location itself was convenient. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the property was a major issue. Upon arrival, we noticed hair in multiple areas, the shower was dirty, and there was even a used bar of soap left behind from a previous guest.The biggest concern was discovering visible mold buildup inside/around the refrigerator’s ice and water dispenser after my family had already used it. That was extremely unsettling and honestly unacceptable from a health and sanitation standpoint.I think this property has potential, but it definitely needs a much deeper and more thorough cleaning process between guests. Host wasn’t very friendly or accommodating.

Guests communicated concerns only after checkout of their completed stay, which unfortunately did not give us the opportunity to promptly address the issues during their stay. Had we been notified immediately we would have sent the cleaning team back right away to resolve any concerns. We take cleanliness and house rules very seriously and strive to provide every guest with a positive experience while also expecting guests to communicate concerns promptly and respect the policies outlined in the listing.

Lovely condo

The condo was very clean and well kept and very accommodating it was decorated beautifully there was plenty of room for our family the host Mrs Jill responded to all questions in a timely manner the condo had everything needed for a perfect vacation we really enjoyed the view and the large balcony and yes we would definitely rent again Mrs Simpson

Beach paradise

Location was perfect. Clean and spacious condo. One thing I would change would be have a tv in second bedroom. The rugs got on the way a lot almost fell a couple of times so we stored them out the way. Five star’s regardless, was a perfect stay with an amazing view.

Balcony was AMAZING!

The beach and balcony’s were great. The condo itself was also very nice and comfortable. I had my three teenagers and they enjoyed our stay as well. I did not realize that there was so much damage from the hurricane and that the pool would not be useable (it is in the process of being repaired, though no work was done while we were there for 5 days) and there was no AC which could make the temps inside uncomfortable at times. We enjoyed our stay overall.

Left critical information until day of stay.

The condo is newly renovated I n a great spot in the No drive section of Daytona Shores. However, we weren’t told there was no AC in the condo until the morning of our stay. 2 portable units were put in but it was inadequate. One of the units leaked all over the floor, even after meeting emptied and a full alarm would constantly go off. Our kids ended up showering in the living room. After contacting the owner, someone came in and took both of the units while we were out. We were also told the pool was being worked on but should be open during our stay. It did not. This was also misleading as the whole deck was closed and there wasn’t Beach access.

Great balcony view and easy access to the drive on ramps. Comfortable mattresses, and recliners were nice to have. Plenty of utensils and kitchen items. Very nice place!
