Beautiful 5 bedrooms, 5.5 baths on sound and walking distance to beach and shops
Just read the reviews for this beautiful five bedroom, five and one-half baths with expansive sound views. Our goal is to make this vacation one to remember and the reviews reflect it!
The 4th floor has a bonus room as well as king bedroom and bath. The views are incredible! The 3rd floor has 3 bedrooms (king, queen, twin) and 3 baths and some have views of the sound. The 2nd floor has a living room, dining room and kitchen with counter seating. There is a porch and deck off this space for bird watching and looking at spectacular sunsets! The king bedroom offers sounds views and a large bath. There is a half bath on this floor. The first floor has a two car garage with a Nema 14-50 for charging electric vehicles. There is also an elevator.
There are many reasons you may be content to stay inside but you also have great options to get outside and enjoy everything Cottages at Bay Ridge in Atlantic Beach has to offer. The boardwalk (approximately one-third mile and right next to our home) which leads to a covered gazebo on our private island on the sound. Fishing, crabbing, paddle boarding, or picnicking are all possibilities while enjoying the outdoor beauty. You are in walking distance to shopping, pool, restaurants, bars and grocery store. We are accommodating and try to respond quickly if you have any questions.

We really loved our stay! The host was absolutely lovely. The pool was right across the street and my husband enjoyed fishing from the sound. Beautiful home and such a great location. Can’t wait to book this property again for our next beach trip.

Absolutely perfect family vacation home - very comfortable beds for those of us with back issues… we slept well. The neighborhood is well established with lovely residents who made us feel welcomed. The elevator was a necessity that was utilized by great grandparents and 2 toddlers. The boardwalk out to the sound was our favorite - private fishing and beautiful setting. Pool was also awesome - our granddaughter learned to swim this year in this pool! We all needed a long over due vacation together and this home provided the perfect space to relax and play. We highly recommend this beautifully designed beach home. We are forever grateful for the wonder memories made and for the hosts who made this place to share. Thank you.

This property in AB is amazing! Went with a few other couples for the Mem Day long weekend! The home was just as it was described and Kaye(the host) went out of her way to make us all feel at home and to make our time at her property exceptional. We are thinking about returning with our family for a future trip to AB due to its location, amenities and Kaye’s superior hosting!

This was a great house for our group! Tons of space with every room having its own bathroom. Everything was clean and tidy. Location was convenient for our stay and especially helpful being next to food lion! Great views and quiet neighborhood.

Very responsive and helpful host. Excellent location with beautiful view. Fully-outfitted kitchen. Plenty of room for a family gathering.

We stayed here for a week with 10 people - 6 adults and four kids 4 and under. It was a spacious and clean home in a great location. We walked on the boardwalk to the small private island, drove 5 minutes to Memorial Beach, and checked out lots of other nearby places - Beaumont, the aquarium, Fort Macon. Perfect spot for a family trip.

Absolutely Stunning!! Beautiful home with well stocked kitchen, spacious living and out door areas, including lovely screened porch with gorgeous view to enjoy!! Also a nice outdoor porch with rocking chairs and grill….all overlooking the beautiful marsh! Very close and convenient access to everything you need!

We loved our stay at this property! The owner was very good at providing local recommendations and had a printed document at the house as well. She contacted us after we got settled in the make sure everything was good which was a nice touch! The views from the back porch were incredible at sunset! We look forward to staying at her home again.

Fantastic location, view and perfect for family
