Tucked away in the quiet Edmonds neighborhood is this hidden gem, loaded with stylish space and quality amenities. With such a convenient location, you can get to anywhere so easily! This house can host up to 16 guests, featuring 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, and modern living space. This kind of space, location, and well-decorated touch, is definitely a rare find!

**The house has another unit downstairs, which is not included in this listing.

**NO PARTIES/EVENTS**

The house has 2 fully separated units. Both units have their own entrances. This unit is on the 2nd and 3rd floor. It features a gigantic kitchen with everything you need for preparing fresh meals, a spacious dining room with a big dining table good for more than 8 people, 8 beds (6 queen beds, 1 bunk bed and 1 sofa bed) providing enough space for big family, and new appliances and smart home devices are also equipped in this house for better stay experience.

You will have access to the 2nd and the 3rd floor of the house since 1st floor is a separate unit.

*Please park at the entrance of Unit B and there are plenty of free street parkings around the house. Please DO NOT park at the entrance of Unit A or block their driveway.

The house is located in a quiet, safe, and convenient neighborhood.

1.【NO PARTY OR EVENT】
We have security system and outside surveillance cameras that will be triggered by noise and motion. We will call Airbnb to force evacuating the party groups based on Airbnb's policy. $300 fines will be charged for violating the rule.

2.【QUIET HOURS 10PM-8AM】
We try really hard to be clear about our expectations of our guests as well as what you can expect from our homes, and we believe most of our guests understand that and are awesome! But we did have enough trouble incidents that we have felt the need to outline in detail the guidelines we expect guests to follow, first and foremost being the quiet hours between 10pm and 8am which is really for the sake of our neighbors sanity. Really our goal is to provide the most a comfortable and clean well kept rental home, as well as, an awesome Seattle experience.

3.【NO SMOKING】
If any signs of smoking are detected, the guests agree to pay a $300 violation fee.

4.【NO PET】
This property is pet-free, NOT pet friendly. Please note if an unauthorized pet is found in the vacation home, we will ask that it be removed immediately and a non-refundable fee of $500 (sometimes up to $1,000) will be charged.

5. 【NO SHOES】
We appreciate that you are helping to take care of the cleanliness of our house! Please kindly remove your shoes when you enter the house.

6.【Self Catering】
This is a self catering home. We will provide an initial starter supply such as toilet paper, etc. Extra supplies will need to be purchased from the store at your cost.

7.【Early check-in】
We’ll be happy to accommodate early check-in but there is an early check-in fee of $200. Availability is based on whether there are guests checking out on the same day as your arrival, so we can ONLY approve on a case by case basis once confirming with our cleaners that the home will be ready. Please check with us 1 day prior to your check-in date.

8.【NO late check-out】
Unfortunately we can't accommodate late-check out, since we usually have same day check-in and we need to give our cleaning crew enough time to tidy up the house for the next guests.

9.【Dispose trash in the right bins】
Please sort out garbage and recycles and dispose those into appropriate cans. If you are not sure, please leave them inside house and let the cleaner take care of them.

10. 【Lost & Found】
Please take all of your personal belongings before you check out. If you forget something at the house and would like us to ship it back to you, we will charge $100 handling fee + the shipping fee (receipt will be provided).

Interior pictures don’t tell the real story

I sent this to the owner 5 days ago and no response. I am now submitting this review to VRBO. While the interior was very nice, and a lot of work has been done, we would never return. Why? 1) Fire alarms NOT connected in every room. Some we sitting on kitchen counter, and have pictures. 2) I called to get the “outside motion detector” turned off, as it kept turning off/on all night long causing the room to be This ABSOLUTELY ruined our sleep. 3) No closets with clothes racks, had to lay stuff on beds…..lousy way to travel. 4) Your outside yard looks like a “dump.” You obviously have spent lots of money inside but outside is trashed. 5) No front door porch light to navigate into house. 6) We “thought” we were being “double booked”, as another couple tried to get into the house very late at night. They had tried to get owner but owner had no response. This caused a tremendous anxiety for our grandchildren, who won’t sleep in their beds after these people tried to get into our unit. 7) There are units A and B, need to CLEARLY let people know where to find their units and have lighting to guide them. 8) There was “no power” for a while, no backup lighting running when power is lost. 9) Unit B finally got in downstairs, and they sounded like they were in our room. No noise/barriers to cut down sound. We did NOT feel safe in this area, had I known which was hidden from us to know, I would not have booked this place.
